Great place . 2nd yr we stayed here. The staff at Prickett is fantastic. If we had a problem they took care of it. The maintenance dept is a 5 star too. They took care of all are problems super fast. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Could not ask for a closer place to the beach . The beach was really nice and not a lot of people. Enjoyed everything. Thanks. Now need to find a bigger place cause more people want to come. Thanks.

The house was my Christmas gift to my family. We had 3 generations & had a wonderful time!

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space to just hang out. The 2 separate refrigerator came in handy as did the ice maker. We were literally right on the beach. The gate from the wooden walkway to the beach was busted. And at times we couldn’t get the elevator door to open from the outside. No problem from inside the elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Our House. We had a small wedding ceremony with our closest friends and family. Everything was perfect. There was just a couple issues but were easy fixes. The house did run out of gas but maintenance came within a few hours so we were able to take hot showers. The pool was also a little green but maintenance shocked the pool while gas was being fixed. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely rebook the house for any special occasions.

We were there for my sons wedding, which we had on the beach in front of the home. It was absolutely amazing and the house was perfect. Everyone had everything they needed and there was plenty of seating and rooms with baths for each room. The spacious kitchen and coffee bar area handled our small reception with ease. This home has everything anyone could need for any occasion. Love love loved it!!!!

This house was perfect for us! We traveled with family and had several younger children. The pool was smaller than expected, but worked out perfectly for that age. Amazing access to beach, plenty of space and wonderful kitchen with 2 fridges and DWs. Everything was comfortable, and great layout!

Awesome house and location. Only issue was that the elevator wasn't working all week and apparently was out of service several days prior to our arrival. Made it difficult for the older folks and our special-needs grandson.

The house has great space and a wonderful beach. The kitchen is large and each bedroom has a bathroom. We had a full house of extended family with small children and 2 babies. The pool is small and quite warm. The main floor living area had dirty floors. It appeared that no one had cleaned under the couches with the amount of food debris, sand, and parts of toys that were under them when we arrived. There were crackers behind the trash cans in the kitchen island. We had cockroaches and silverfish. The elevator did not work until the repairman arrived on Thursday. This was a problem as we had family with mobility issues and the elevator was a big reason why we booked the house. The metal gate to the beach was broken and hanging by only 1 hinge, making it a safety hazard for anyone going through it. The ice maker in the bar area never worked. The gate was fixed the same day we reported it. The property management company was not very nice when we reported the elevator issue, reminding us that the contract does not guarantee that anything will be in working order. Why bother advertising an elevator then? They did offer to come out and spray for the roaches but we declined due to the small children and babies in the house. They put the ice maker on the clean cycle but that didn't fix the problem. They also only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for the entire place. For the price paid, we did not expect these issues.

It was 18 of us and we all had our own space and space when we wanted to gather together. Great beach location and view.
