Comfortable and clean property

On first impression house was ok, but soon we realised the house was absolutely filthy. Disgusting. Dust everywhere. Beds broken. Mattresses flipped upside down for some reason?. Bedding ripped and uncared for, no mattress protectors- sheets straight on mattresses. Shower moudly and clogged-wouldnt drain. Rubbish bins full and rubbish blowing across section. Closets a mess with belongings. Cutlery drawers dirty. Do not recommend

Very easy to check in. place was clean and tidy and perfect for what we needed it for. Overall was very good and has a nice view of the mountains.

Lovely spacious home, great heating. Well equipped with everything needed for cooking. Great sized fridge freezer, comfy beds. Adequate heating , fire was great. Very quiet location, restful. Would be very happy to stay again

Nice quiet comfy

There were no curtains on 2 windows in one of the bed rooms with street lights and neighbor's this is unacceptable. Carpet was marked and spiders present and marks on some walls. Soap dispenser was broken in the dishwasher. Washing filters were full and needed cleaning. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, no suction. Some blankets were stained. Bit untidy outside but apart from these issues a nice home. Needs a little TLC. Good location.

House is warm, clean and tidy. There is no table! (dining or outdoors) to sit and eat at. There is a small outdoor table in the photos however that was not there when we arrived. Not really conducive to family Christmas dinner and get together for 6 days also no clothes line. Overall good house and plenty of parking for boat and a couple of cars however for the price, a dining table would have been nice. The outdoor furniture is pretty rickety and I had to spend a while tightening all the Allen screws. We have been regular visitors to Twizel over the years and feel that this house was expensive for it offered overall.

Great location and place. Small refinements: A little cold in the main suite and perhaps more curtains/blinds needed on small windows in rooms. While the moon and stars are beautiful they do light up the rooms at night and no curtains caused the place to be colder. 2) no washing machine. As a travelling family and skiing we chose a house as it would give us cooking and washing facilities. We were looking forward to washing our ski and other clothes. The machine was out of order with no prior notice. This caused a few issues for us.
