The perfect location, all on one floor and all king beds. This is Happy Days vacation rental in the heart of Fredericksburg's central business district. We are a stones throw from the famous Woerner Warehouse Cafe and European antiques, right by the Lincoln Street Wine Bar and around the corner from August E's fine dining. Being on Lincoln Street we are also just 2 blocks south on Lincoln from the main entrance to the renowned Nimitz National Museum of the Pacific War.

Located in the historic district, this 1957 era home has just been gutted and completely updated but carefully keeping its fun, funky 60s touches including mid-century modern wall art hearkening back to its original design. Browse through a year's worth of 1967 Life magazines bound in a fascinating single volume. The three large bedrooms have a distinctive touch, each featuring a king sized bed.

Games in the garage include a putting green and hand ball toss game. Free Electric Vehicle trickle charging on a 110 volt connection in the garage. Bring your own 110 volt car adapter.

    Nicely renovated older home. Quick walk to live music and food/beverages. Roomy and if you go with friends, helps keep costs down. HEB is less than 5 minutes away by car, but not even a far walk.

    The location of this home is unbeatable. It is just over a block from Main St. We really enjoyed staying in this home. Very clean and well maintained. A few things to be aware of: there's a bar across the street. They had a live band every night until midnight. We sleep with fans so it didn't disturb us too much. It is on a somewhat busy road so the street noise can get a bit loud. Again, we had our fans so it didn't keep us awake. Those were really the only 2 negatives. I recommend taking something to block out the noise at night because this home is worth staying in.

    Location was right on spot for our stay in Fredericksburg. Convenient to shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants in town. The walk to 290 wine shuttle was less than 5 mins. Would recommend visiting Fredericksburg and staying here!
