Hanza's Heartland- The retreat you deserve-Charming 4-bedroom /5 bed house

The house was much more spacious than I thought it would be, and everything was great! My party only stayed for one night so the simple check-in and check-out was incredibly convenient

Pro: Loved the home! Everyone had their own room, vast room all decked out for Christmas! Huge kitchen with all the necessary equipment to cook our holiday dinner! Beautiful view and many great places for pictures! Will definitely book with again! Con: The floors need a good washing. Our socks and feet were all black!

Terrible communication - owner Janet needs to work on her booking of events and not book things so close together and then been upset with you when you request to stay the time you were charged for. The owner had a wedding coming after our stay and they were in and out of the buildings until midnight one night.We left early so they could get in and clean - we pulled all the sheets- left them near the washer - we clean the kitchen and all the dishes we used - swept the floors The house didn’t have enough washcloths or coffee cups. I had to go to the store and buy some.

I actually didn’t stay there. I booked the house, after booking she sent me a confusing message . In my opinion it should have been an email. The message was to let me know she had it booked on another app. Like I said the message was confusing so it didn’t register to me that’s what she was saying. I didn’t learn this until the morning of at 6:00 am. I had gotten all the emails as if it were booked. I have used vrbo quite a few times and have never had any problems whatsoever. Very disappointed and it really left us in a bad bind.

The property was amazing. My family had a great time. What? Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique place to stay. Janet was very responsive. Everything was perfect.

Very good property, beautiful house with a very nice owner. 10/10
