Hands-Down Best Deal in La Quinta!

We were very hesitant because of the strict rules regarding noise ordinances. It states no music and no loud talking outside, and we thought we would literally have to whisper. But that was not the case. I think they are just trying to deter renters that are not considerate of their neighbors. So if you respectful of other people, then this is a property for you. The home met all of our expectations. The rooms were spacious and private with comfortable beds and bathrooms for all. The AC in the Casita is a little noisy if you or a light sleeper. We enjoyed golfing at the PGA West courses, coming back and cooling off in the pool, barbecuing up some dinner and playing pool in the evenings. We will definitely return. One of my favorite PGA West Properties.

I will say that it was a MARVELOUS experience.!!!!! The house so easily accommodated my 4 girlfriends and I. Beautiful home that I would buy in a minute !! We met the sweet couple to the North that live there full time, and had some really nice visits with the husband. He said that he would love to have us come back ANYTIME !! :) Beautiful property and view of the golf course. Would go back in a heartbeat and do it all over again !!

The house met all of our physical needs and we enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi. The neighborhood is quite and safe. However, there is a unique noise ordnance for this home. You cannot play soft music inside our outside the property and there is literally a noice meter in the house to measure the decibels! The issue is with an unhappy neighbor. Read the fine print of your contract. We are not loud party people, but did want to enjoy some music. In general, La Quinta has numerous rules (e.g. no cars on the street), so this property may or may not fit your needs. On a positive note, the host was super helpful and the house was clean and well-stocked.

Very nice house. Major complaint on TV options. No local stations no ESPN available on Tv nor TBS etc. NCAA basketball championships not available in house. Probably no masters coverage also. Need to fix.
