Hampton's Retreat - Seas the Moment

Great location; very comfortable; spotless. Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay at the property again.

I spent a month at Hampton’s Retreat in July. It is a well maintained house in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a large group. Check in and check out were extremely easy and Christine was always available during our stay to answer questions. The backyard is large and peaceful. We spent many mornings and evenings there. The house is a short drive to the beautiful ocean beach. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

The house was very clean and in a quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook meals. All the beds were comfortable and the AC/fans made a perfect temperature. The backyard was very large which my kids really appreciated. The home is less than a 5 minute drive to Ponquogue Beach and less than 10 minutes to local shopping centers and major high ways for travel to other attractions. What made this stay better than any other stay I've had at other properties was the timely and kind communication with the host.

This is my second year in a row staying at Christine's house for Memorial Day Weekend. Her house is conveniently located close to the beach and town. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and plenty big enough for our group. We loved having the back yard to hang out and grill dinners at night.

Perfect location of cozy home with wonderful backyard. House was spotless. You will not be disappointed.

Loved everything about this property. Close to everything. House had ever amenity and was perfect for our family gathering. Owner was available when needed. Yard was huge for badminton, corn hole ladder toss etc. definitely recommend this property and may return next year.

Wonderfully warm and inviting home with thoughtful and accessible hosts. Immaculate, organized and well-appointed home privately situated in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and well stocked. Maybe a little smaller than some but for our group of seven it worked well. Owners very easy to deal with and communication was great.

We stayed at Christine’s place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The house itself was perfect: clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and exactly as described. The house is well located, close enough to both the beach as well as the main town. The grill, large yard, and fire pit were great as well. I would recommend and would certainly stay again.
