Hampton Sanctuary w/ Fire Pit & Fenced Yard!

We really enjoyed this spacious house. Quick walk to the beach, plenty of room to spread out, and very comfortable beds downstairs. Would definitely stay here again. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly to questions.

What an amazing stay! The home was big, beautiful, very clean. The host was responsive and accommodating. My 81yr old dad was brought to tears. This was a moment we will forever be grateful for! Great location 2 blocks from the beach. We had everything we needed in the house. We felt safe . 100% recommend this property!

This place was very clean and it's accommodations was very much so everyone was very comfortable and it had plenty of room for everyone there and when we had a concern about anything they were quickly to respond.plenty of space to park plenty of room in the back close to the beach just a short walk ww will definitely be using them again hopefully it will be available.

The house had so much to offer and it is just as the listing shows. My family really enjoyed the spacious outdoor area and fire-pit, and the location. We enjoyed fishing from the pier which was very close. The amenities are adequate, and we were able to have enough space for everyone in our family.

It is a decent location not far from downtown Phoebus, the beaches, and Ft Monroe. The house is a bit quirky, but there are plenty of places to sleep. Overall it suited our needs and I would stay here again.

We stayed at this house for a low-key bachelorette party in mid-June 2025. It was a perfect location and the house was way bigger than expected! Everyone got their own bed, which is really hard to find. A couple oddities (like having to go through bedrooms to get to other bedrooms, and only two showers) but overall a great place for our group - and plenty of parking! We also enjoyed walking to nearby Buckroe Beach - the only negative as far as location is that the area was a little run down. I felt safe walking during the day, but I wouldn't have felt comfortable outside after dark. There were plenty of Ubers to take us where we wanted to go though, so no issues! Overall a great stay and highly recommended!

This property had much more room than the six of us needed, so it more than met our minimum size requirements. As with most rentals, we needed to bring some cooking gear (such as sheet pans). There were some spices there, though curiously not pepper; we supplemented them as needed (and left some pepper behind). Having (only) two showers on the ground floor was a bit of an inconvenience, but not a huge one. Glad we came!

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. There is a lot of room and beds. We were attending an event at Fort Monroe so it was the perfect distance. We took many walks to the beautiful beach and loved talking to the fishermen so the pier. The backyard is great for hanging out, playing cornhole etc. We definitely recommend this home.

Wonder place to came back again. We planning our next trip with family end select you again.

The property and supplies were as specified. The decor was whimsical and interesting. Loved the kitchen! The porch and backyard sitting areas were welcome areas to host conversations and child play. Suggest bug repellent supplies (i.e. citronella) would be helpful for summer guests.

The house was beautiful, checking in and out was easy, and communicating with the property manager was a breeze super friendly and very helpful we loved our stay here!
