Stayed Jun 30, 2025Beautiful cottage - spacious and well appointed. The location is just a short walk to the beach, with beach towels and chairs provided. We would definitely return!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024We had a lovely time in this cozy house. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the special touch of morning coffee with reusable to go cups left for us by the owner as a welcome gift. we will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This is such a great house. The owner is a wonderful guy who communicates very quickly. The walk to the beach is maybe five minutes? It’s just a lovely little neighborhood in a beautiful part of Hampton. The house was spotless upon arrival. We loved sitting in the backyard around the gas fire pit. If you’ve never tried an outdoor shower, I highly recommend you do. I would 100% recommend this property and hope to return for another week someday!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was clean, coxy, and as described. Within a short distance of several beaches, restaurants, and attractions, Hampton itself is within a short drive of Portsmouth, NH or the Maine and Massachusetts borders. The owner, Kenny, was communicative and responsive. My family definitely would recommend staying at this property to anyone. Thank you!
