The house was large, well appointed, and pet friendly. The elevator was useful for luggage and for my 90 year old father who lives locally and visited us. Beautiful setting and pirates cove is very walkable. Grandkids enjoyed the playground.

Fantastic property! Access to the Dock for the community was wonderful. Wonderful neighbors! Just a all-around great experience!

House and location was beautiful. Had some issues with the elevator, but staff came right away. The addition of the house pool was a very pleasant surprise.

This was a must needed vacation with family and friends. Our stay was amazingly fun! Everything was clean and neat. The downstairs living quarters needs a little makeover. The furniture was outdated and a little uncomfortable to sleep on. All the other rooms had comfortable beds. The two refrigerator and two ovens made Christmas day the perfect Christmas dinner!!! Check out time was a bit early (10am). I think the idea check out time could of been a little later. The neighbors in the area were friendly and very quiet. I would definitely rent again!

This was a great house to accommodate a large group. We enjoyed the elevator for our senior guests and to bring groceries and luggage to the top floor. Only a couple of things to note: Not many of the closets were available to use. I understand the owners' want to store their items at the house but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that not all of the closets would be available. Also, much to our surprise, the owner was having the backyard excavated for a pool and we were not notified until we were on our way down. The realty company offered to put us up in another house but we decided to stay after talking with the contractors. They were only there for a few hours on arrival and stated they would not be back the next day until late morning. They later decided not to come back as there were issues with a broken water line. Kitchen was well stocked and everthing was clean. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great house location was good. House beautiful. Only downside was after 24 hours no one confirmed my reservation had to call office to confirm Also had to wait two weeks to get security deposit back after several emails. Guest shouldn’t have to chase down deposits and no reason should take more than day or so

We had a great time celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary! We plan to come again! We understand the elevator will be installed soon! That will be the icing on top!
