Hammock Dunes C - Private Cottage Beach Side

Beautiful property and great communication with owner of property. Very close to great restaurants, grocery store, water parks, and an awesome fish market. The walk to the pool and beach are a breeze. Absolutely loved our stay. We are planning for next summer at the same property.

It was a nice house. The couch was dirty and the carpet was dirty. Need replaced or cleaned. Also extra comforter was dirty like never cleaned. The rest of the house was really nice.

Great location, easy access to the beach and nice pool with lots of lounge chairs. Located right off Perdido Beach Blvd when there are many shops and restaurants. We were able to see the Blue Angels due their practice flights and visited the museum on the Navel base. Both worth it! Rained off and on so not able to get as much beach time.

Cottage was perfect for our needs. Great location - almost like having a private beach. Wonderful to be able to bring our fur baby too. Only had to communicate with host one time because of internet issue. They were able to reset it remotely. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing. Awesome Master bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach access and private pool. We had a great time at Flora bama bar and grill!

My family stayed here for Fall Break. The location was great but a couple of major things made for a frustrating stay. 1. Property management had a strict policy of not showing up early before 4pm and we adhered to this. However they were not done cleaning when we arrived and didn't leave the property until 4.32pm. Inside floors didn't dry out until an hour after that. 2. The furniture in the living room level (main level) of the home was very dirty and honestly not safe to sit on. There were stains, crumbs and numerous strands of different human hairs on the couches and chairs. I wish that we had been told to bring large sheets to drape over the upholstered furniture so it would be safe to sit on. This furniture needs to be replaced or deep cleaned in order to the used. In summary, this is a nice house with a good location, but needs to be cleaned on time and properly on the inside.

Perfect location. Enjoyed having our own space to park without having to use a parking garage. Also, the ease of loading and unloading was nice compared to using elevators at some resorts. Steps away from the pool and beach. Plenty of space inside the condo. Host were very easy to communicate with and the check in and out process was simple.

Nice location. Modern comfortable property. Excellent property manager. Responded quickly to any questions and provided assistance with how to work tv remotes. Great place to enjoy the ocean and dog friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was immaculate, beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool and beach were amazing. Def worth the trip from NY!
