Stayed May 2, 2025We stayed for a couple of nights and it was a great experience! The pictures are a great representation of the property. The property is very clean. Location is super close to the beach and many great food spots. The only thing I wasn’t expecting was to have the property be a duplex but there was no problem with the other residents.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025I arrived at this property after a 24 Hour Dr. from Kansas. The entire inside of the home was crooked. The kitchen was filthy grease all over the wall walls and greasy fingerprints on the cabinets and stove. There were roaches in the sink alive. There were dead roaches in the bathroom and in the closet and on the bedding. We killed cockroaches in the morning on the coffee table. The area was terrible. There was a vacant crumbling house to the north, and a recently demolished pile of rubble to the south. Both houses within 50 feet. The dishes were not cleaned, and there were rats, crawling around in the ceiling of the bedroom all night long at one point I would’ve sworn they were in the room with me. We stayed less than 12 hours only because of exhaustion. We were scheduled to stay 3/5 through 3/10. The property manager has now been contacted directly by Vrbo and has refused to answer as of yet 3/12. These photos here are not an accurate depiction of what or where you would be staying I would recommend they remove this as a listing for the safety of others. And certainly do not take a family here. At first, the property manager did offer to send the cleaning crew back in, however that would not take care of a roach infestation so bad that they are coming out during the day.

Stayed Dec 28, 2023We showed up about 6 o’clock at night, they were groups of young men selling drugs on the corner. We never even got out of our car, told The listing person it was unacceptable and unsafe. She said that’s why they have 24 hours surveillance, for our safety. I would rather stay in a place that does not need 24 hour surveillance. And the fact that they don’t tell you the address until the day you have to check in is BS! Please if you care about your safety, do not rent this place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I enjoy the home. It was very cozy. Everything worked well. Area was quiet. Only one recommendation and that is to place the TV higher on the wall in the living room. I would definitely rent the house again. Great job owners.
