Half a mile from the beach! Perfect spot for your next beach vacation!

This rental was just okay compared to other VRBOs we have rented in the past. We enjoyed the upstairs deck for sunsets and it had everything we needed… barely. There are literally 3 forks ( one very bent) and 3 spoons in the kitchen. The toaster was broken and the right hand side laundry room door was off its track when we arrived. The cold water in the powder room does not work/ must be shut off. Several door knobs are loose and floorvents are very rusted. Nothing was a big deal - just a handful of small items - overall it was fairly clean and comfortable. For the same price point we have rented places with beach gear and towels, very well appointed kitchens with stocked coffee stations etc so it did not compare well… however per the listing it was accurate.

The place, host, and neighbors were all amazing 10/10 recommend! Would definitely book again!

Mold on shower curtain, small broken things(handles/holder), only 4 forks, bed linens and pillows not even similar, sofa bed only had sheets and no pillows, stove handle completely gone and zero oven mits, rear eye on stove doesn’t work and fridge is not as pictured either. Good location for the price just needs some actual TLC and updated pictures

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach and close to many stores. It was the perfect size. Neighbors were very friendly. Only thing I didn't like was the Jack n Jill bathroom doors. Only 1 actually locked, but we didnt let that deter us. Overall, i would recommend staying here! Great lil gem

This is a great place to stay, close to the beach, but was not clean. Bathtub had mold that we had to clean before we could use it. All the downstairs light bulbs were burned out which we replaced and we found several roaches crawling around in one of the bedrooms. I communicated some of these things to the host during our stay with no response.

Our unit was large and comfortable and as described. The beds where comfortable and the home was well appointed. Our only complaint was that the closet was covered in mold in the master bedroom, all of the extra blankets and pillows where musty and damp and there appeared to be condensation buildup along the door frame and walls. This resulted in my wife's clothing being dampened requiring laundering to ensure mold didn't spread in the humid conditions. Obviously this problem was know prior to our stay as the problem has been there a while judging by the amount of mold on the ceiling and closet walls. Not the end of the world but also not up to standard for a property at this price in, in this location.
