It fit our group of 9 very comfortably and we appreciated the large, well equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bedrooms were nice with good amount of space, and good airflow and air conditioning to make us comfortable, though it was not too warm during our February stay anyway. Beds were OK (master bed was not as comfortable), and one thing worth noting is that each bedroom door has slats instead of a solid door. This is not unusual for warmer climates but worth noting for anyone with kids (you can hear everything in the living room from bedrooms). The doors allow airflow which is the positive so bedrooms remained comfortable.Backyard and front yard were nice spaces where we were able to enjoy sitting outside. Outdoor shower was very handy after our beach outings, and lots of beach toys and chairs available for use.Kauai Properties was very responsive and helpful ahead of our trip, and we didn't need anything or run into any issues during our stay. One thing to call out, which the company does a great job outlining throughout the rental process is that Princeville (all of Princeville) has a VERY strict noise policy (primarily at night) - we did not come with any intention to have a party, but still felt a bit overly conscious about our noise levels throughout the day since we had small kids with us. Just something to be mindful of, as it is very strict. Overall a very nice house for our stay and recommend for large groups.

The home was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and the pre-arrival communication with the owners and property management was excellent. The property was easy to find and use as a home base for our family vacation. Slept eight easily. Would rent again!

It was close to beaches and places we wanted to visit on the north shore. It was also close to a market when we needed a few extra groceries. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The studio attached was nice to have for an extra space. The rental company was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

We all had enough privacy but we also enjoyed the kitchen, living and garden area for conversations and good food. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful .. We will stay here again for sure.

Plenty of space for us to gather as a group and more than amble space for us to retreat to our own parts of the home. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants at the near by resort with plenty of options for those picky eaters. Management company was great to work with and overall excellent. Can’t wait to visit again in future.

This is a very nice property, very large rooms in a very good location in Princeville. Unfortunately, our weather was not the greatest but the property itself worked beautifully for three couples… using the studio each couple had their own bathroom which is always nice. Kitchen very well equipped. We walked to Hanalei resort for happy hour, and walks along the beach. Awesome!!!

I travel to princeville at least three times a year for the last decade. This was one of the properties I liked the least but I did like working with the rental agency and would book other rentals from them just not this property. There was zero privacy with the interior doors they were literally paper. Also there were so many ants and yes I know that all food needs to be in airtight containers or the fridge which I did, I do go to the area a lot. Also we weren’t able to get into the garage which I wasn’t aware of.
