Stayed Aug 13, 2025The home was bigger than expected! Nice surprise. The home was well maintained and very clean. The beds were all comfy, not hard hotel beds. We had 9 people staying here including 5 kids ages ranging from 9-17. The pool was a great addition and used quite a bit even though the beach is just a short coupleMinute walk away. The kitchen was well stocked. We made meals quite a few days we were there. The bunk/pool house was also larger than what the photos show. They also had boogie boards and beach chairs to use. Great location as well to lots of shopping and restaurants. If we visit Kauai again we will definitely stay here!

Stayed Apr 9, 2025It was okay. There were several TVs missing and windows that either didn't open or had defective mechanisms. In the lack of air conditioning wasn't good.

Stayed Mar 16, 2024Our family had a wonderful time at this amazing home. It is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials. A lot of room for the seven of us and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Guest services were superb. I highly recommend Parrish Collections. The best VRBO we have stayed at. Thank you so much. Marsha

Stayed Jul 3, 2021This property was beautiful and very clean. The pictures do not actually do it justice. The house is better than the pictures seen online. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers occupying the house as well as family and friends who came over to have dinner and just hang out. The kitchen is huge with 2 islands -- loved it. Only complaint was no air-conditioning. It did get pretty warm in the evenings. There were several fans throughout the house to help keep it cool. The pool was super nice also. We enjoyed our visit very much. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Stayed Nov 23, 2019There were 12 of us--3 generations, ranging from 9 months to 65 years. The house itself had great spaces to be together and apart. The kitchen was amazing--had everything needed to make lovely meals for our group, including our Thanksgiving Feast. We enjoyed the ocean view, as well as the very short walk to baby beach, which was perfect for our little ones. The pool was cold, but that did not deter the children from swimming daily. There is no air conditioning, but ample ceiling and floor fans were adequate on all but one particularly warm evening.

Stayed Sep 15, 2018Overall, this property was simply outstanding. It is in an ideal location: close to shopping, superb dining options, quiet street, and across the street from baby beach. Beautiful views, esp at sunset. The interior is light and airy with 2 large gathering areas and a modern, well equipped gourmet kitchen. There was plenty of space for our party of 8 and 1 infant: 3 couples (in 3 suites inc cottage) and 2 adult children (in 2 additional bedrooms sharing a full bathroom). We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We could not have asked for more!

Stayed Jul 31, 2017My family enjoyed this house and vacation immensely. We stayed for 11 days and found the house to fit all of our needs and beyond. We played in the pool and also took the short walk to baby beach multiple times. Could not imagine a better experience.
