Spacious Bedrooms: Retreat into any of our four elegantly furnished bedrooms, featuring two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, all outfitted with plush bedding for a restful night's sleep. Each room boasts a 55-inch TV and ceiling fans, ensuring personal leisure time is always within reach. There are also 2 twin size rollaway beds for additional guests and a pack n play for your use.

Modern Bathrooms: Two contemporary bathrooms offer sleek fixtures and finishes, both with walk in showers.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Full range of appliances, complete sets of cookware, utensils and dishes, blender, drip coffee maker and Keurig, Crockpot, and air fryer/toaster combination for your convenience. Breakfast bar seating for casual dining or socializing while cooking. There is also a wine fridge in the wet bar for additional storage of your favorite beverages.

If there are young children in your group, there is a child safety fence that can be easily installed along the length of the pool with window and door alarms as an added protection. The pool area is completely screened in to help keep out the bugs and also offers some SPF protection from the sun.

Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment: Our expansive lanai area is an outdoor paradise, featuring a variety of games including corn hole, darts, and ping pong. Gather around the 75-inch outdoor TV for memorable movie nights or watch the big game by the pool. As an added amenity, there are outdoor speakers that can connect to your phone or the TV. Enjoy a private cookout on the BBQ grill or slow roast your meal in the smoker. A full size outside fridge is always a plus! For your convenience, there are an array of beverage coolers, an electric air pump, portable child's play yard, pack n play, variety of board games and puzzles, fans, blow dryers and curling iron. For the beach days, this home includes beach bags, towels, chairs, toys, umbrella and beach mats. There is also a wagon to carry it all.

Extra Guests: The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will incur a small charge. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
- No unauthorized guests please. All persons, day and night guests, must be included on the original booking
- BBQ Grill and fire table: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
