Stayed Dec 11, 2025This house is perfect a family get away. It has a great pool with available heating. It has lots of beds and everything you need in the kitchen. The owner is responsive and accomodating. This home is also very convenient to the Florida Tech campus. We have stayed here multiple times to visit our college student. Perfect spot. Very close to beach, shopping and dining!!!

Stayed Jul 28, 2022Enjoyed our stay because I was more concerned with making my family happy... but I was personally very disappointed in cleanliness considering how much I paid to stay here for my daughter's 18th birthday!!! I hired a photographer and was embarrassed.... the landscaping was awful. There was a thick layer of dust on every ceiling fan, exhaust fans were clogged, I replaced the very dirty ac filter, dust bunnies in corner, cobb webs everywhere... I really expected fresh paint and everything in good condition. Also the master bedroom was hot, I had to buy a fan. There was no where to hang anything. Had to put my towel on a hanger...They really mean it when they say they don't supply many supplies. The cups weren't cute so I had to buy those also...

Stayed Feb 21, 2022The house was perfect for our stay to visit Florida Institute of Technology. There were plenty of bedrooms and the pool was a great place to hang out!! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to campus. It was also convenient to the grocery store and beach.
