The second bedroom overlooks the courtyard garden and also has a 6ft Superkingsize bed (that can be split into 2 x 3ft single beds on request) with an open-plan bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Also on the first floor is the modern family bathroom with a separate shower, bath, toilet and sink. Stairs to the second floor lead to another large bedroom which is also equipped with a 6ft Superkingsize bed (that can also be split into 2 x 3ft single beds on request). This top floor bedroom is also has the benefit of a small kitchenette as well as being equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Poole is blessed with many top quality restaurants many of which are within easy walking distance. Restaurant's close by include the Guildhall Tavern, St Tropez Lounge, Nusara, La Lupa and Da Vinci's. Rick Stein, Shell Bay Restaurant and The Pig on the Beach can easily be reached by car. The Poole Arms, The King Charles, The Angel and The Crown, all excellent traditional pubs with a vibrant music scene are just a short stroll away. The Quay is always very active with lots to watch, and you can catch local ferries across to Brownsea Island or just take a scenic cruise around the harbour or further afield.
