Our stay at Gulfway Hideaway was nice. The townhouse had more than enough room for all of us. The garage, fire pit, and hot tub were an added bonus. The location to the shops and restaurants was great- everything was only a short drive away. There were a few things that would have made this rental property even better. Although the bed on the main floor was super comfortable, the other ones were not great, and my teen son said he could feel the coils coming through. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, and utensils, but don’t forget to bring even basic things like salt and pepper or a sponge to wash dishes. The kitchen sink had no hot water. If you plan on toasting anything, use the toaster oven, not the toaster as it burnt our bagels each morning. The basement stayed nice and cool! The “jack and Jill” shower head downstairs needs upgraded. As I said before, the location was great, however, you could hear the main road and the bands from the Honi Honi bar. I didn’t mind it very much, but some others in my party wanted a more quiet/serene location. I was under the impression this had a lake view- and it did… kinda. You have to squint your eyes and angle your body just right in between the trees to see it.Even with the few minor inconveniences, we still had a great time and enjoyed our conversation.

We all loved the house!! It was clean, roomy, well equipped, good parking, as there were 5 of us that drove our vehicles there. The Hot tub was amazing and the area was close to good restaurants and plenty to do. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.
