We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

    We enjoyed our stay at Decked Out. I chose this location because the house and the Fort Morgan beaches are dog friendly. While not oceanfront, we had great views of the ocean. The walk to the beach was easy. This house comes with an elevator which was a huge bonus. I booked our stay in august 2024 and our stay began in late September. I saw that the house was “new” to the management company when I made the reservation. Arrival: Friday, Sept 20, the elevator didn’t work due to a ceiling leak. TV and internet out. We were made aware of both these issues while we were en route. Elevator deemed useable after maintenance placed bucket in ceiling. Saturday, had to wait on internet TV man. We preferred to stay with our dogs while he completed his work. Throughout eight day stay only had TV in the living room. Sunday, we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling in the dining room. We alerted management. Monday, had to wait on HVAC man who said the ductwork was full of water. The remainder of our trip was fine. I did not like reserving a house and having to deal with its maintenance issues. In reality, this house should have been vetted prior to guests arriving. There is no way, the leaks in the elevator and kitchen area just started when we arrived. When we departed, the kitchen leak had grown to almost 7ft and a large sheetrock crack had formed. The elevator should come with special instructions. You must have everything just right for it to work.
