GULF Views from Balcony - Right on Front Beach Road - Steps from Beach!

The home had roaches. We were not impressed with the resolution and cleanliness of the home for the roach infestation.

We enjoyed our stay, great location & comfortable beds.

There is plenty of room and plenty of parking.

My family members really enjoyed how spacious and accommodating it was. We even did a little grilling because of the grill that was there. It felt like home away from home. Beach access was perfect! The overall appearance of the house was clean except from the overwhelming musty smell that hits you upon entry. A few of the issues that we encountered are as follows: 1) Ice maker did not work 2) Internet went down twice (working vacation) 3) very few kitchen utensils- No potholders 4) Large roaches throughout house 5) Main bedroom sink clogged & light over tub did not work 6) Main bedroom shower leaks through ceiling of outside balcony 7) Condensation leaks on top of your head while sitting in the living room All I can say is that we are thankful that this was a beach vacation and not much time spent inside this house. We will not be staying here again.

The staff were awesome as well we had an issue with the air conditioning and they were there within an hour, they also refilled our propane when we ran out. We travel to PCB frequently. This was a great property for our group. The parking was very convienient. It really helped to have 3 full bathrooms after beach trips. We would definitely book this one again.

This house is very nice and has all you need. Close to the beach, 10 minutes from Pier Park and only 2 minutes to a grocery store. It has a neighborhood feel to it and the area is quiet and safe. Perfect for families.

Love the place we stayed at we was just steps away from the beach everything thing close to where u need to go grocery stores jus right around the corner over all just love it

Our family had a wonderful time in PCB! The house was just steps away from our old beach house we owned years ago. It was like a walk down memory lane. The location is just perfect. Amenities of the house provided everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back! I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette, it was a very lovely quiet neighborhood and the beach access is so close and convenient. Had to travel 15 or so minutes to get into actual PCB but it was fine. Only complaint is no fans in the room but no biggie :)
