    Beautiful place and area. Too many people for my taste but everyone loved it. 2 car parking means 2car parking. Had a third vehicle and to pay to park at storage facility. But all good.

    The house checked our most important boxes:nice beach view,easy access to 30A,near pool,aesthetically pleasing/updated,plenty of space for fam of 6. We loved that it was 2 houses down & 1 short boardwalk to beach with chair rental or personal set up right there. Kids could safely & easily come & go at separate times.You only get 2 key fobs for the private gate but you can walk through the yard to bypass the gate altogether which my kids did…not obvious to others so no through traffic. Even with a row of houses in front of this one, there’s still a clear beach view from the living/kitchen & master floors. Nice big comfy couch. Shared pool is only a few houses down. The management service was helpful with any issues & quick to respond. Possible issues for some would be only 2.5 bathrooms in a house that sleeps 10-12 people. It worked just fine for our family of 6 but could be hard for split families.1st level has 2 bedrooms which sleep 6-7 but only 1 full bath. My 4 kids worked it out by 1 getting dressed in 2nd level 1/2 bath. 3rd level has a master BR & guest room but only an en-suite bath within master. Other less than ideal things to note…there is very little deck space to hang out on but we traded it for the view.Parking was also insanely tight but we managed. Chelsea Loop is a narrow one-way. Best to go a little past the house and back in. No golf carts allowed which teens didn’t love but we enjoyed the bikes to get around. Everything else was fab & would stay again!

    This home is perfect! Location, space and amenities. We road bikes to Seaside- so fun! Easy peasy walk to the beach! Will definitely be there again! Thanks for a great stay! The only recommendation - please provide a broom to help with sweeping up a sandy floor at the doorway! Overall- a great place!

    Location and proximity to the beach are what we loved most about this property! We could walk to and from the beach through out the day with ease. Our party included adult children, teenage girls, and grandma so there was a lot of coming and going. The house itself is beautiful and clean! Things to be aware of include parking and bathrooms. My oldest son arrived at midnight our first night having driven separately with his girlfriend adding our third vehicle. By 6:00 AM the next morning we had a warning sticker. The two full bathrooms are located on the first and third floor, one each. So be prepared to share. Some things don’t work, the blender for instance. Some things work beautifully, like the coffee pot! We enjoyed sitting on the porches watching the ocean from each floor. The house is stocked with lots of fun games and books. The bikes are wonderful for riding around 30A. Overall we had an amazing week at this beach house!

    Super close to the beach and pool. The master bedroom and living room have great balconies with partial views of the beach. The house was well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback is that, although the house sleeps 8-10 people, there is only room for two cars in the driveway, and parking on the street is prohibited. However, I would stay here again!

    Everything was GREAT!!! The only improvements: 1- Bikes needed Air in tires and WE HAD TO TAKE THEM TO A BIKE SHOP FOR AIR. Everything should be ready to go or there NEEDS TO BE A PUMP ON PROPERTY 2 - The Master Bedroom downstairs did not have any sheets on the bed 3 - Blender did not work well at all!!!!!

    The pictures show a very different condition of the home. The home is run down and not as big as the angle of the pictures show. Many items have been neglected - washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, flooring, slip covers on linens, mold/mildew smell, both balconies are rotted & not taken care, trash along property in the back, no green grass for pets, tv on 2nd floor didn’t stream well, overpriced compared to neighboring homes. The 2 positives- air worked well & water pressure was good. Beware - there are only 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms & 1 bedroom is teenie/tiny w/ no closet.

    Overall we were happy with this property. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were a few things that were not working properly (AC not cooling well, sink not draining, etc.), but when the office was messaged the issue were promptly addressed and fixed. Some negatives: Due to the laws about beaches in FL, there was little room to set up your umbrella (canopies and tents not allowed), and you are almost forced to rent chairs from the vendor on the beach. You could also walk down to the public area, which wasn’t bad. The parking in the driveway is extremely tight, and when they say two cars only, that’s all there is. For a unit that will sleep 10, there will be a need to bring three cars, but one car will have to park offsite, and that is a huge problem. A spot should be supplied somewhere else for the extra car. Other than those, I was very pleased with the communication and responsiveness from the office (especially Lauren!).
