Gulf view retreat w/ Private pool at Summer Salt!

The house really nice and in an amazing location. No issues with the house everything was in order and worked. Balcony had an amazing view. There was plenty of room for the entire family.

We had a problem with our microwave and within the hour they had us another delivered. They make sure your stay is as perfect as can be. The pool was perfect and the close proximity to the beach is awesome. Thank you Bender for our Awesome house and our first visit to Gulf Shores. We are already planning our trip for next year. Hopefully the house will be available.

The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots pan dishes etc. The pool was nice. Plenty of deck chairs for everyone to use. One of the recliners in the living area would not recline. The internet worked the first and second day. Then went out on Monday. Contacted the rental company and was instructed to contact the provider directly after finally talking to some one I was told it would be the 28 th of July before they could get to it, I told them that was to late. Wasn’t happy that I had to call the provider myself. The rental company did send out their repair person and he tried all the same things we did. The rental company called to check if it was still out and it had actually come back on, they offered to give me a gift card to a coffee shop if I needed to do some work. I declined the offer. It went back out later that evening and basically was off the rest of our trip. They called I think Thursday to see if it was out and I told them yes. And that I really didn’t want to have to call the provider again. I didn’t understand why that was my responsibility. I used my hot spot on my phone to get some work done but two of the TV’s would not work without internet or at least we could not get them to work. The other 2 were connected to a dish. Other than the internet the trip was good.

We had everything to cook with and wash our sandy clothes in. We really enjoyed our stay. The company texted me making sure everything was ok and if anything needed our attention. We requested an early check in and we got it as well. “Hope” was also very helpful when we were planning our trip. She gave me all the information I needed and made me feel comfortable.

House needs some TLC

Spacious for 2 families, good views and access to beach Mattresses not comfortable in upstairs bedrooms

We loved the house it was perfect, we loved the location so close to the beach and the pool was fantastic we would definitely stay here again

The beach house was great. Beach was a short walk across the street. We used the pool each day as windy days had the beach closed with double red flags. The Waves store, Beach House Kitchen and cocktails and Island ice cream and treats were visited often being as they are across the street. The whole family had a great time,

I wish I had read the reviews prior to renting. Burs all in the carpet. Bugs in and around stove. Beer cans left around the pool area and playground. The house needs a serious deep clean. Wasn’t dusted or vacuumed, the counters had dirt/debris on them. The house shook a lot. Pretty tight for 9 people. Only one bunk bed which was single sleepers. 3 trash bins completely full and smelling upon arrival. No beach access as the street has homes aligned up and down it. Sits right next to the fire station, like in the backyard. Got a text the day of stating if the property was cleaned early we could check in early, as I didn’t realize the time change I was hopeful. We arrived at 1:40 no cleaning crew and waited until 4 nobody ever came. Another person in our party arrived a day prior and said they drove by to check out the property and the beer cans and trash was there like they were upon our arrival so I’m pretty sure no cleaning crew had been there in at least two days before check in,, anyways early check in isn’t promised but they shouldn’t tell people if the cleaning crew gets done early you can get in early,, as there was no cleaning crew the day of from 1:40-4. Good-guest services quickly responds, has beach:pool toys, gulf shores is beautiful

I don’t typically leave reviews but we loved this house. There were 8 of us and it was set up so that we weren’t all on top of each other. Very clean on the inside. Probably the first beach house I’ve ever been in that didn’t have sand everywhere before we even got there. The pool was nice and clean. We did have an issue with the ladder from the previous guests but vacasa got it fixed for us same day. The only other issue we had was the upstairs a/c stopped working because the drain was clogged and tripped it off. But again, vacasa got the issue resolved same day. If you’re looking for a house that’s clean, close to the beach, and a grocery store/ seafood store/ice cream shop, and has a pool this is the one!
