BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes maximum included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    We had a great vacation. We actually stayed at this same property 13 years ago and the updates were great. Bathrooms are a little small but workable. We enjoy having the ocean and sand at our footsteps. The pool was a good size and was clean. The bed in the master room was really hard and the TV in the master was difficult to work but those are nit picky things. All of the appliances were very new and the kitchen is truly fully stocked. I would highly recommend this place. We had a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) and it was perfect for us because two of our kids are little.

    My wife and I enjoyed our babymoon down at Gulfshores. Gulfside Townhomes was an amazing experience! The property was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The beach was pristine, with private access as well as available beach umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommend walking down the beach to Bahama Bobs for a shrimp Po Boy and a Mudslide! If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and amenity-rich beach getaway, this is the place to be!

    The town home was beautifully decorated, easy to get to, lots of amenities and right on the beach. Our family loved every minute of our stay. We had a small problem with a balcony door lock upon arrival, but that was promptly taken care of and communication with the property management company was fantastic! We made a great choice to stay here. Would highly recommend this property!
