This house was fantastic! We had seven of us staying there for 10 days. There was room for at least three more to join us. It was located only a block from the beach, and had 2-3 reserved parking spaces out front, and several other public street spaces generally available throughout the day. The unit was clean and up to date, including tons of dishes, glassware, silverware, appliances, towels, and most everything else you would need. It even included four touring bikes and some beach and pool items like chairs and floats. The private pool was a little small, but very soothing on warm days. There were also several nice food/drink places within walking distance to the unit. One of the highlights of the trip was the property management company “Royal Destinations”. They were in constant contact with us before, during, and after our trip, taking care of our every need. They Blue Mountain beach was great as well, including nice clean bathrooms, rinse off stations, and filtered water dispensers. The only issue was most days there was tons of vegetation in the gulf water and some washed up on the beach, but that had nothing to do with the unit or the property management.

The only knock I have against here is the size of the kitchen as it’s a tad small. However we ate out most meals so it wasn’t an issue. Rental was clean and in working order. Location is wonderful, we didn’t even take a cooler to the beach. Close enough for toddlers to walk most of the way. Pool was great for the kids.

One of the things that we liked the most was the showers in every room, and we never ran out of hot water. We were just minutes from a lot of great restaurants. The pool was a little smaller than we expected but the children still had a ball in it. We were very pleased with the whole experience!

There is so much to say about the place. Location was perfect, very near the beach, the famous ice cream shop and an incredible bakery with the best cinnamon rolls. Back to the house. It is beautifully decorated with large bedrooms with private baths. The dipping pool was a bonus and used everyday by everyone. We ate every meal outside on the table near the pool. Customer service was exceptional. Questions were answered promptly and problems handled immediately. We will use this organization for future rentals and booked next summer as we were leaving. Thank you for an incredible experience.

This house was PERFECT for our family stay. It’s steps from the beach, close to fun ice cream and coffee shops, and has plenty of space for everyone. The management company is very responsive and we had no issues at all. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Restaurants were close as well Publix. Ther e were plenty of towels for use at the pool. It was very clean and had everything that was listed. This property was just as described on the listing. Easy access to the beach. My 80 year old mother was able to walk to the public beach access with ease. The property management company responded instantly to questions (regardless of the time of day). There was broken handle on one toilet when we arrived but management had it fixed right after I reported it to them. The pool was the perfect end to every beach day.

We had a great stay! It was very close to the beach! The bikes were great for riding 30A( a basket to carry things would be icing on the cake!). The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The pool was very small, but it didn’t stop our grandkids from enjoying splashing around’. We would definitely stay there again!
