A gleaming farmhouse dining table has seating for eight and leads seamlessly into the open kitchen. The tiered peninsula bar is illuminated by three elegant chandeliers and includes casual bar seating for four. Bright white cabinets and Sea Pearl Quartzite countertops create a chic, efficient space for squeezing fresh OJ and flipping banana pancakes in the mornings. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a large refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. The first floor also includes a laundry room and a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

On the second floor, three bedrooms provide plenty of privacy and peace. The first bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed. In the second bedroom, there’s a twin-over-full-size bunk bed—called a Captain’s bunk—and another full-size bed with access to a shared balcony. The third bedroom is a suite with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Another full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway.

Up one more flight of stairs lies the penthouse master suite. A sumptuous king-size bed, window seat, and seating area create a completely calming and private space. A glass door leads out to the soaring third-floor balcony with glorious Gulf of Mexico views. The master bathroom includes a double vanity and a step-in shower.
