Only negative was the guy next store was very rude to us as we brought our trash out and our house and ones next to us def need pressure washed, nasty green mold all over house sides.

We had the best few days in this house. It was beautifully decorated and the view was wonderful. Great communication with host and being in walking distance to Pier Park was a plus. Hope to return again soon!

Overall was a great place to stay. We did have an issue with the code not working at check in, but after a quick text that was fixed. The location to the beach was great. It's a quick walk right across the street. Parking was a tight squeeze to fit 2 cars in the small driveway. We had plenty of room in the house for our group of 7. Be prepared for lots of steps in the house though. Also, we weren't aware until we got there that the top bunk of the bunk beds says that nobody over 100 pounds can sleep on it.

The giant water bug roaches were climbing the bedroom walls. Especially the room w the pool balcony. Every night my son was trippin about them having to chase & kill them. I know they’re everywhere in Florida but I’ve never had them inside a condo or house rental. Many broken shelves & items but expected in a vacay rental. Bring your own games lol. Location was perfect tho, easy access to everything. Beach was the least crowded I’ve ever stayed near. Like 3-4 setups a day. Beats the condos by a million. Didn’t need to load up the car to fish off pier. Lots of steps w living & kitchen on 3rd floor. Be ready! Overall tho I’m choosing this place again!!!!

Great location. But our kids ages 9-12 could not even stay in the bottom kids room. As we were unpacking them. Multiple large roaches went running across the room. Which the kids room is on the bottom floor alone, next to the front/back door. My kids were traumatized at sleeping in a room with bugs. So they slept on the floor on a mattress in our room. L

We enjoyed our stay! It's a beautiful little cottage by the sea. We loved that we could include our lab, who loved the beach and all the swimming! A few minor details... be aware of all the stairs! My elderly parents of 80 years old could not do all those stairs so I ended up doing a lot of the running up and down for them. The bedrooms are on the second level and the kitchen and living room are on the third floor. The A/C did not run well on the very bottom floor where the kids were so they were uncomfortable most of the time. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. The freezer door didn't stay closed so we had to wedge it because it would frost over and ice didn't stay frozen. All that being said... we had everything we needed and the location was PERFECT! We walked over to pier park every night for shopping and ice cream. The walk to the beach was so easy and less crowded since there are no high-rises close by. I would rent from here again, but without my parents.

Everything was great thank you so much for allowing our family to stay my son recently turned 1 and he had so much fun! Thank you for the experience

This was top shelf experience. Very well communicated and on top of things if something needs fixing. Already booked again for 2026.

This property was excellent! The location was perfect, we loved being near Pier Park as well as Pier Park Plaza. We will definitely book this again on our next visit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, let me say that Blue Swell is top notch in responding to any issues you may have. Now, to the truth about #18. The beds are absolutely the worst that we have ever experienced. The mattresses on all of the beds are like sleeping on concrete. We had to purchase foam pads to even be able to tolerate them. Blue Swell cannot control this, but the owners need to seriously consider replacing them. Now, to the stairs. This place is not meant for anyone with mobility issues. There are approximately 40+ steep stairs from the bottom to the top floor. Not only difficult for elderly people, but I would think for people with small children too. The location is great and the unit, for the most part is pretty clean. Just know if you stay there, be prepared for a chiropractic adjustment when you get home if they don't do something about the cement mattresses. And you will be able to skip Leg Day at the gym for a while due to all those stairs.

The location was great. Close to Pier Park and the dog beach. Sunsets and fireworks were beautiful from the top floor

We go the last week of September every year. I liked this house so I booked it. Beach is close (I realize people can say that and it is still a long walk- it really is right across the street) , plenty of room, good area. Everyone enjoyed it. Book here!

Overall we were not too happy about our stay here. 1. The ice machine was broken 2. The washing machine was broken. I did contact the property manager and they sent out maintenance. Maintenance confirmed the washing machine was broken and that they would send out a new one so we were not inconvenienced but failed to do so. This resulted in us having no clean towels and sheets for our stay. 3 showers were not clean. There was hair all over them upon arrival. 4. 7 roaches were found inside the house during our stay.

It was everything we were looking for!

Perfect location - was great to not have to deal with elevators. Beach access right across the street - pool was a plus!
