What a GREAT place to stay for family! Book here and I promise you won’t be disappointed. The condo is very clean, well maintained, and spacious. You’re 15 steps away from the pool, pickleball courts, and tennis court. The condo comes with an extremely nice golf cart for your use. We used to do drive to dinner several nights, to go to the beach, and for cruises in the morning and evening.The location is perfect for your family. Several restaurants to walk to. Ice cream joints. Adult beverage spots. Want to go to a place a little further than a walk on 30A? Take that golf cart!We had an awesome time and you will too!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the golf cart for quick access to the beach! Pool area is quiet but close to shops and restaurants we could walk to at night.

The property was pretty nice. Only issues; second upstairs bedroom the bed is super firm and uncomfortable. It made for difficult sleeping arrangements. The same bedroom has no blinds or curtains. We were awake 5:30 am everyday with the light coming in. Lights from outside came in a bit as well. We unfortunately did not have a very restful vacation. The rest of the house was great.

This property was great! They had ton of beach items (wagon, chairs, umbrella, beach towels ) not even listed. Golf cart was awesome. Only downside was no dining table.

This rental was very nice. It was clean and stocked with all the necessities. I just wish there were curtains or blinds at all the windows. I wasn't able to get into the pool with my code, but when contacted the manager, she responded immediately and a new code was provided. Overall I would recommend this rental to others.

This was our first time visiting this area and it was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, pool and shops. Would highly recommend this house as a great spot to enjoy the gulf area. Thanks!

The townhouse was even nicer than pictures could show. Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances. Plenty of space with two levels. Everything was provided - beach toys, beach wagon, tennis racquets, even some beach towels. Tennis courts are located adjacent to the townhouse and a pool off of the back door of the screened in porch. A short walk or even shorter drive to the beach. The six seater golf cart made getting around the area very easy. This was our favorite place to stay on 30A so far. We will definitely book again.

This place was absolutely perfect, as advertised. The entire unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location is close to shops, resturants, and the private beach access. The only negative was an HVAC issue but the owner had it serviced within a few hours of being notified. Overall, we were very impressed and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Gulf Place. The townhouse was clean and updated with plenty of room for our family. We loved the golf cart that came with the rental and the short distance to the beach. The area has a perfect mix of entertainment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can tell that the owner definitely put their time and effort to make you feel comfortable during your stay. They added small touches to make sure that you feel welcome and everything is provided for you. They even have a golf cart that you can use to go around the area! Everything works and are very clean. All rooms are fully furnished with towels and toiletries. The only thing that the owners might or should consider is to add maybe some blinds or curtains to the large windows for more privacy but that shouldn't deter you from booking this place. You will still be happy if you choose this place because it's such a great place. I'm glad we made a great choice and booked it. Thank you so much to the owner for allowing us to stay here and we will definitely consider this place again next time we're in town.
