In addition to great food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center offers lots of live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Caribbean building is in the middle of it all! Upon entering No Shoes Required guests are greeted with many features including an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and room to prepare your favorite meal. You will also find a large living area with a large Smart TV, dining area, and access to the screened patio, a great place to unwind after a long day at the beach! There is a half bath and washer / dryer on this level as well, and a propane grill just outside the back door for our guests' convenience. There is also a queen bedroom on this first floor.

The second floor boasts hardwood floors, and includes a spacious king master suite with balcony overlooking the pool. The master also includes a new large Smart TV. The master bath features a large shower with a separate jacuzzi tub. The king guest suite has a large TV along with an ample bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third floor loft features two twin beds, a great place for the kids to hang out!

    The home was very nice, and it was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy the beach! The pool was right out the back door, and everything you need is in walking distance. The host was super helpful and kind.

    Perfect 2 week vaca! Peter couldn’t be nicer and went above & beyond to meet our expectations. The property is just as pictured and a delightful retreat. It has obviously been a busy summer and attention to detail in cleanliness (however not due to the property owners fault) was lacking. However, the property manager immediately responded and was quick to handle the matter. We absolutely love this area and can’t wait to return!

    Overall it was great! There was enough room for everyone, the perfect distance to the beach, pool and eating establishments. Our only issues were there are not enough pots/pans to cook for a big family and the housekeeper could have done better.

    This townhouse was clean and cute! It was exactly like the pictures and description. The owner responded quickly. It was about a 5 minute walk from the beach- mostly shaded and on sidewalks. The pool is literally out the back door. We walked to dinner one night. The restaurant was open air, live music and delicious food. Gulf place is a must! Highly recommend this rental!!

    What was advertised as a relaxing getaway turned into nightmare vacation and outright danger due to the owner non-responsiveness. The house is in a good location and walking distance to the beach and local shops, restaurants. It was overall clean and in typical rental condition. However, many of the listed amenities are false promises: the 'relaxing screened patio' is extremely small, it is next to the A/C unit which has a loud constant noise and also right below the master suite. The loft area is not well vented and has a sun window, making it a sauna during the day. The owner did have a fan in the loft area, knowing it must be hot. Some of group ended up sleeping on the couch due to the temperature in the loft. Our real horror show began when the owner purposefully and without warning locked the doors to the house in the middle of the day while we were at the beach (on our third day). Our house consisted of 2 infants and a diabetic - coming back to the locked house instantly caused panic. We tried calling, messaging the owner who refused to answer his phone and explain the situation. We were outside in the HOT sun, without water & food and 2 screaming infants. After contacting VRBO and the police, we were informed that an expired credit card was the problem and immediately paid our remaining security deposit. The owner did not offer any help during this situation, sent all calls to voicemail despite us begging to get the babies food inside.

    This was our 2nd stay at No Shoes with hopefully many more to come! We've stayed in a few other units at Gulf Place and this one is definitely the best! The unit is beautiful and immaculate. The owner, Peter, communicates very well with the renters and is very helpful. The location is perfect for the beach, pool, restaurants, and shops. Can't wait to go back!

    We have stayed in Gulfplace 8 years now and this property by far was one of our favorites. The pool is right outside the back (perfect for kiddos and night swims) the beach is not far and you have the convenience of Gulfplace amenities and restaurants to walk to. A couple favorites hubby and I noticed how comfortable the bedding and beds were, totally makes a difference. Unit is decorated so cute and very clean! The property manager Peter went above and beyond and shared helpful information, we truly appreciated it. You will not be sorry with this unit, we would love to come back.

    We love everything about this townhouse! Great, quiet location, with the beach, restaurants, and shops only a five minute walk! And a huge community pool at the back door! Everything a family needs!!
