Gulf of Cagliari restored villa

Fantastic villa with good access to gorgeous beaches on the south coast. Set in a quiet residential area so a car is required. We loved the exclusive use of the private pool. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to eat when we wanted to. Excellent communication and service from the hosts including great recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the local area. We had a fantastic stay and loved the resident dog Rufus - thanks Martina!

The Appartment had everything what you could wish for a nice vacation. Located just 30 minutes by car from the airport, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. A supermarket is nearby and with a car you can reach nice beaches and also Cagliari. The communication was quick and easy, also check in and check out was very easy!

We had a lovely stay in Villa Anita.The owners were very polite,friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our requests.The villa is spacious,clean,well equipped and there were also some children’s toys available.The garden is enormous with many different plants and trees and provides nice shade in the summer heat.The pool is amazing and our children loved swimming and playing there.On site there were two German shepherd dogs that were very friendly and playful and although we have been cat people we loved seeing them around.Children will definitely miss Rufus and Mia. The location of the villa is nice for exploring Cagliari or the beaches nearby.It’s secluded area with a downside that sometimes during the night neighbour’s dogs could be a little bit noisy.But except of this we had a really good time in Sardinia! This is a comfortable place to stay and the owners (who live on the same site) are helpful and friendly whilst not at all intrusive. The property and location are suburban but convenient for Cagliari and the coast. It is worth noting that the owners have three very friendly dogs who are always around to play with but were sometimes a little noisy at night in response to other neighbourhood dogs. Overall we had a lovely time as the property was well-equipped with all the facilities needed.

hi, We have just returned from 2 weeks vacation in Cagliari. Villa is well located, close to the beach and local shops. Very big garded and pool make it perfect for families with kids. We had a brilliant week staying here- the owners were very welcoming - including staying up for a late flight and leaving wine and pastries for us! The house had everything you could need for a self catering holiday and was all beautiful. The garden is huge and lovely, and the swimming pool was wonderful. We loved the nearby beach- Sant’Andrea and Simius beach and Sessa watergames in Poetto. Highly recommended.

Have just returned from a fantastic 12 day break at Villa Anita. The villa was lovely and spacious, clean throughout and had all the equipment you could need for a self catering holiday. The garden and grounds were very impressive, well maintained with loads of colourful plants and flowers and the swimming pool was just perfect. Anna Maria and Alberto were lovely welcoming hosts, nothing was a problem for them and as for our four legged friends..............., missing you Banky, Mia and Kuba! Would certainly recommend this as a great place to stay, close to airport, supermarket and wonderful beaches whilst being quite rural. Thank you for making our holiday so good. Julie & Karl x

We spend a week in this nice house with pool and gardens. The friendly owners live on the other side of your house but there it absolute privicy! Also a good central place to explore the south of Sardegna. I surely recommend this accomodation! Again: thanks for the hospitality to Anna Maria and Alberto; we feld at home.
