House was clean, beds were comfortable. Great view of lagoon and has nice area of beach with shallow water you can walk out and enjoy the water. There were a couple issues that were addressed promptly. Wi-fi showed it was connected but would not work. Would defiantly recommend this property to any family looking for a quiet relaxed vacation.

We were really very pleased with this house. The shallow water in the lagoon was great for small children, and the gulf was only a short walk across the street. We loved the views of the lagoon from the main living area. There was a lot of room for a large family, and we would definitely stay here again.

My adult children and their families joined my husband and me for Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful time, and the beach house made it possible. The room set up was perfect. The lagoon was perfect for playing in the water and finding crab. The pool is not heated, but the kids had fun nonetheless. There were a couple of little problems, but the management team took care of them asap! It was comfy and just the right size for a crowd. I'd go back again without hesitation!

This house was wonderful! My best friend and I took a trip with our two boys who love to fish. They walked out in the water from sun up to sun down.

It’s a very short walk to the ocean, and you get a pool! Everyone can spread out which makes for a very stress free and fun trip! The hosts were perfect! 10/10 recommend!

Property management were easy to deal with. Addressed issue with dryer quickly. Property could use some updating but over all a nice property. Nice to have pool and water on both sides of house.

The lagoon in the back to the pool in the front,ocean within walking distance right across the street, and plenty of room for our entire family. Very family friendly area. The grill was definitely a plus. Fishing out back! For the first time ever, I didn't have to bring any of my own pans or go purchase any while there. Our family had an amazing time and plan to return. We definitely recommend this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of space for our entire family. The location was perfect for a beach vacation. There is definitely problems with the locks on the doors being broken making this a hazard for small children and when I reported this I felt it should have been addressed immediately.We could not enjoy the front upstairs porch due to this and could not enjoy the ocean view. The kitchen had ants by stove and window . They did have someone come and put ant traps out eventually and spray with can of ant spray but problem persisted during entire trip. None of the T.V.'s in bedrooms worked properly and the lights upstairs seemed to have wiring problems because when one person turned theirs on it would come on in a different bedroom. The pool was not clean and had to call to get this addressed also. When paying this price for a vacation home I would like to have less problems, occasional issue is to be expected but I feel the overall upkeep of the home should be addressed.
