Gulf Front With Private Pool- 408 Blue Mountain by Royal Destinations

Heat was not working for most of time we were there during cold spell... Furnace inoperative until we finally got repairman there late in our stay... Furnace set up to show working but was not...

Royal Destinations communicated via text, check in and check out procedures. The location was great. Grocery store was 9 minutes away, many restaurants close by and ice cream shop and bakery within walking distance!

We spent a week at 408 Blue Mountain, with six adults, two kids (6/9). This is a top-notch, ultra-luxurious beach house. Two kitchens, one on each floor. Loved having a 2nd kitchen on the upper floor. Bedrooms were nice and roomy, the kids loved their bunkrooms. Plenty of room for all. The outside/deck is nice, we ate out there several times. It is beachfront, a 30 second walk and you're on the sand. Yes, the beach can get crowded, but never to the point it bothered us. It's a big beach, and even with a lot of people, it never felt packed. The property manager is Royal Destinations, and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. And it was. Can not recommend this house enough.

RD communicated well before and throughout the visit. One of the ovens didn't work (there are 3, so it didn't affect our stay). Bikes were provided, along with 1 beach set (though a house this big should justify additional sets complimentary). We rented our own sets from La Dolce Vita. The beach is beautiful, but very close to public access, so it was significantly more crowded than we are accustomed to. We were surprised at the quality (lack of quality) of the items that Royal Destinations provided --- cheap towels, cheap toilet paper, cheap paper towels, 1 cheap dish towel. For a luxury house, it put a bad taste in our mouth. The pool needs to be cleaned more often (it was only cleaned the day before we checked out). We called mid-week to see when it was scheduled to be cleaned and were told it would happen the following day, but it didn't.

House looked just like the web photos and not like some other properties we have stayed at. It was very clean on arrival. Customer service was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. I have already recommended this property to some clise friends. We’re beach people, so that’s where we were every day and most nights too.

We had an Amazing stay with very minor issues that were fixed …. The House … Kitchen was great for big families to stay in and cook …. The pool , Gulf and location were incredible!

Great vacation in a great house that was everything promised. Not sure there is a better location in Santa Rosa Beach. Thanks, JR
