This professionally decorated home offers elegance and comfort at the beach! The first floor gives way to a large living area equipped with a shuffle board and game table that is perfect for family game night. A previous screened in porch was converted into a spacious laundry and sand room that offers convenience and efficiency with the double stacked washer and dryer and an ice maker. The first bedroom on this floor is a king suite with a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The next bedroom offers two twin singles with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The last bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a half bathroom on this floor for convenience.

On the second floor, you will find a spacious, gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, a second living room, and one of the two master bedrooms. The kitchen is complete with a wine cooler, refrigerator and freezer, and range stovetop and oven. There is bar stool seating around the center island for 4 guests and the dining room table can accommodate 8 guests. - No Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.
- Beach access to the East of the home between Seaside and Watercolor is not for guest usage and is for Watercolor homeowners only.
- 13 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Cleaning: Reservations made for 5 nights require a mid-stay clean. This will be added onto your total when checking out.
