The living room looks out over the beaches. There is a deck leading out to the beach. The decor is done in a contemporary flair of reds, greens, yellows and blues.

Full kitchen with tumbled marble back splash overlooks great room. The Master bedroom overlooks the beaches and has a covered balcony.

Guests must be 25 years of age to rent an occupy this townhouse, unless accompanied by parents staying in the townhouse throughout the entire reservation.

PET: A small non-shedding dog is allowed and must weigh 20 lbs or less, be current on all vaccinations, flea, tick and worm treatments. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches per local ordinance, furniture, beds or bedding and should be crated when left unattended. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside along the street. Pet must be pre-approved at time of reservation, be sure to include pet details when inquiring.

    We traveled up to Panama City to evacuate and the most remarkable thing happened, it turned into a delightful vaca. The house was dreamy and everything we’d ever ask for. The space was perfect, clean and comfortable. The balcony off the master was a delight and dinner on the patio watching the sunsets were perfect. There’s a wonderful restaurant that’s walking distance and so conveniently delicious! I can’t say enough wonderful things, would totally recommend to anyone…unless I’m trying to go again so nobody takes it before me ?. Truly made us enjoy a terrible situation with the hurricane

    From the booking to check in and then throughout the stay, communication with the owner was exceptional. The townhouse was very clean and well-appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. Appliances were clean, kitchen well-stocked and several choices on the smart TV. The absolute best part was being able to walk right out to the beach every day!We will absolutely stay here again!!!

    House was very clean and spacious. Being able to walk straight out to the beach and vehicle was so convenient! It is right beside schooners but you can’t hear any outside noise. David was very friendly and helpful

    The townhouse was incredibly comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. The beds were incredible, the kitchen was stacked, tons of towels, and lots of extras that made it just so easy. Will definitely consider booking this same exact spot next time.

    Family vacation with husband and 2 grown daughters. Town house just as described and lots of extras too. Loved the location and loved being able to walk off of deck onto the beach. We went the week of July 9 and the beaches weren’t too crowded. Took our shih tzu and she loved being able to sit on the deck and check things out!
