'Gulf Breezes' is ideally located directly on the beach on Gulf Dr away from the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Corridor. Schooner's next door offers dine-in & takeout with a variety of grilled, fried and blackened seafood, burgers, sandwiches, beverages and more, all with a family atmosphere enjoyed by locals and beachgoers. Step through the patio glass doors onto your own private deck and then just three steps down to the beach. This beach front townhouse just underwent renovation in Spring 2023, with new wood like floors, paint, lighting, wood ceilings, granite countertops, Smart TVs, Polywood counter height patio furniture, new deck with shower, balcony, patio doors, linens, decor and artwork . The High Speed Xfinity Wi-Fi is included and great for streaming, surfing the net, and working remotely. The kitchen is well stocked. There's a full sized top load Maytag Commercial Washer & Dryer, and a gas grill.

You will find all the comforts of home in this beautifully decorated beach paradise including bed linens and bath towels.

The St. Andrews State Park is less than 1 mile East where you'll find all types of Florida wildlife, enjoy the kiddie pool on the bay, or the Gulf. The State Park also has a boat launch.

Just around the corner is the Grand Marlin, Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Four Power, Capt Anderson's Restaurant and Fishing Fleet, private charter boats, as well as boat, jet ski, wave runner, and other water rentals.

Pier Park is just 7 miles away where you'll find Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Guy Harvey's Grill, Dillards, JC Penney, many specialty shops and the most wonderful shopping atmosphere you'll find in the Southeast.

Guests must be 25 years of age to rent and occupy this property unless accompanied by parent who are staying in the townhouse throughout the entire reservation, no exceptions. Please provide accurate guest count of adults, children and pet details if traveling with a pet.

PET POLICY: A small non-shedding dog is allowed and must weigh 20 lbs or less, vaccinations, flea, tick and worm treatments must be current. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches per local ordinance, furniture, beds or bedding. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside. Please provide pet information when inquiring. Pets must be pre-approved.

    The townhome was great! Very clean, had everything we needed and it was right on the beach. The beach view was amazing and the sunsets were incredible every night right outside our door! Next door to a wonderful restaurant, Schooners! It was awesome to hear the cannon being fired off every night at sunset-especially on my daughters 21st birthday.David was a wonderful host and always answered all my questions promptly! We will definitely stay here again-especially being able to bring our little senior fur baby!

    Needs a new cleaning crew. When we got there, sand was swept under rugs, and the floors need to be thoroughly mopped. Some other upgrades in towels would be nice. They were pretty old and worn.It is a nice place with potential, and is in the perfect location. It just needs some minor attention.

    Our family has rented this beachfront 2 story townhouse for 10 years and we absolutely love everything about it. The back deck is literally steps away from the beach and the recent upgrades/remodel work is magnificent. The area is so quiet and peaceful at night you can listen to the ocean while viewing the stars from both decks. We have rented units in high rise beachfront condos and they just don't compare to the comfort and beauty that we have found in this townhouse!

    Had a wonderful time!! The weather and the beach were perfect. It was nice to just sit out on the deck and watch the sunset. The fireworks on New Year’s Eve were amazing!! It was well worth the trip!!

    We booked this property on short notice and Dave was very efficient with the reservation process. The property met expectations and matched the description in the listing. There is a popular restaurant very close to the unit along with public beach access, so the beach can feel a little crowded at times. However, it’s also nice to take advantage of the food and drinks right next door!

    All as expected. Great location. Nicely renovated townhome. The shower on the back deck was super convenient when coming in from the beach. Loved being able to grab a drink or lunch from Schooners next door while on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

    Second time staying at 5131, but first time staying after the remodel/upgrade in 2023. Everything is brand new inside and back deck/stairs rebuilt. Communication with leasing agent was excellent and my family wants to come back again. Thanks David!

    Brought my teen daughter and my parents for a trip to the beach. Not having to deal with a parking garage or elevators alone was amazing. Unit is nice and clean. Directly on the beach. Will stay again... Highly recommend!
