Gulf-front, PRIVATE BEACH, walking distance to Flora-Bama!!

We were give a code to enter a rental that was occupied. We were THEN given a code to enter a rental that the owner showed up without putting

We were denied entry by the soon to be ex-spouse of the owner who confronted and filmed us as we pulled up to the property. It was very uncomfortable. To the owner’s credit we were instantly refunded. We had to find another place to stay and managed to find the only other available VRBO in town. There were other guests who were so uncomfortable with the situation at one of the other properties in the same complex, owned by the same owner that they cancelled their stay. Avoid until this gets sorted out.

This location is great!! Right on the beach, and very easy to get to. The owners were very nice. We will return again!!

Very clean, views of the ocean are SO peaceful, easy rental process and priced fairly. We don't have kids right now (but got little Isabella on the way! hurry hurry March 2025!) but it looks like it would be kid friendly, AND the beach is PRIVATE so no long haul for beach accessories. Also, there was not a million people in your way to where you can't even see your kid playing so mom and dad can relax more as well. We will definitely be re-booking this place again, even after our little Isabella arrives. Maybe a Halloween/Thanksgiving getaway! Can't Wait !!

15 minute walk to florabama and 5 minute to CrabTrap. Beach store across the street. House was clean and beds comfortable, and had everything we needed for beach and cooking. Family had a great time

I reserved the first house at this location months ago, our extended family decided to tag along and we were able to secure this house from Ariel as well, last minute. I was worried with the recent reviews but decided to book anyway for convenience. Don't hesitate. Everything was as advertised and family enjoyed their stay immensely. House was clean, we did not experience any mustiness or discomfort. They include everything you need to enjoy the beach, even a kayak and lots of toys, we also found puzzles and some games that were provided as well. We plan to all return here next summer.

Incredible location on Perdido key with Private beach. Host wa very accommodating with early check in and even when we wanted to extend our stay by a day because we were enjoying ourselves so much! Will definitely book again for any stay in the area!

We had a blast here, great beach, no one crowded or bothered us. House was very clean, kitchen stocked, 2 coffee makers, and tons of beach stuff. Our teens loved the kayak. We will stay again!

Location is wonderful. Perdido Key has the amenities of the busier spots without the crowds. This unit is ON the beach, which is private and quiet. That said, a few things about the townhouse annoyed me-mostly knick-knack things being broken. We had to fix the garage door as it had come off the track and would not work. Outdoor shower didn't work. The patio furniture pictured was not present. The patio furniture on the main deck attached to the unit was broken. A couple of the wooden deck posts were loose, which made me nervous with my small kids out there. Bathroom doorknob and some cabinet handles were falling off. Also, there are multiple decks with sliding doors, and only 1 of those actually locks. The other locks are broken, and you can't lock the unit when you go to the beach unless you want to go out and come back through the front door-which defeats the point of being on the beach. (We left it unlocked b/c it was a quiet area, but this may bother some.) Toilet bowl brush was absolutely filthy and rusty. I would have also appreciated bigger bath towels. The ones in the unit had seen better days and were tiny. Also, the sheets had a few spots on them and were polyester, which is not great in the Florida humidity. Last, the garage and basement area, while great for storage, had a strong moldy smell. I'd stay here again if the small items above were taken care of. It really is a great spot and charming area. Overall, we had a lovely trip despite those small issues.

This house was perfect for the 6 of us, the beach was not crowded at all-practically empty. I dont usually leave reviews but yall won't understand how few of people was here. The house had a lot of beach toys for our children and the kitchen and grill was well stocked. The house was clean and my kids loved the bathtub in the master suite! We plan to come back for fall break !

In town for a ball tournament and wanted some beach time. House was nice, clean, and had everything we needed for the beach, which saved a lot of room with all of our ball gear. boys had fun on the beach, we could watch them from the balcony of the house, it was not croweded

How have we never stayed here before? I'm so glad to have found this house! The whole trip was perfect here, the beach was not crowded at all, we could watch our kids easily and even felt safe allowing them to go back to the house alone (can't do this at the Phoenix). The house was clean, they had every beach item we needed, kitchen was very stocked. We will definitely return!
