Gulf-Front on the Emerald Coast

We love the beach and staying at this property is incredible. The view, sand and water are perfect!

This is one of my favorite places to stay on the Emerald Coast! The property is well managed, super clean and there are so many friendly people in this area. I really get a kick out of the boardwalk cats. :) Bob is a wonderful host. I am so grateful and blessed to stay here. 3

Property was as described.

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy. The location is in between PCB and Rosemary so the beach was a little less crowded. We would stay again!

A family vacation with an age range from 10-94yrs old. We all had fun, from sitting on the nice covered porch, snorkeling, riding the waves or just sticking our toes in the sand. It was a full week on fun relaxing time on the beach!

We had a great time. Location is good. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable.

We look forward to any opportunity to visit the Inlet Beach area of Florida, and always hope that this home is available for our stay. Bob is the best host and always available if you have questions. The home has everything you could want and more. The location is ideal and the sand a few steps from the back porch. We always hate to leave and hope to be able to visit again.

The location was amazing! So beautiful and close to so many things without being as crowded and busy as the other areas. It was wonderful to just walk out to the beach with little kids who go need to go back and forth constantly :) the house was fully stocked and very comfortable for our family of 6! We would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is where you want to stay!! Location can’t be beat! The home was clean and had absolutely everything you could need. My husband had a gout flare in his foot as soon as we got there and Walmart delivered crutches within an hour. He made it to the beach once but was able to sit and watch us from the porch. I’m so thankful we were this close to the water. I was the pack mule the whole trip back and forth! I honestly don’t want to look at any other properties the next time we come back. This is the one! Thank you, Bob for making it so easy and sharing you home with us!

The condo was perfect for our family and the beach access was incredible. Being able to watch the sunsets from our condo was amazing!!

Condo is better than the pictures. It has all that you need to relax and enjoy the beach. Amazing location and perfectly cleaned.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ocean front condo. It is literally 5 steps from the sand. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We loved reading and hanging out on the porch with that awesome ocean view and looking at stars from the upstairs balcony.

The location is wonderful. We'll be back!
