We had a great time. Perfect fit for our family.

The house was beautiful!! There are three floors and the stairs were incredibly slippery. 2/4 girls fell and one has a huge bruise. If she had been older, she would have broken a hip. I have warned the property manager because I think it might be a cleaning product. Hoping they look into it to prevent falls in the future.

Perfect location. The house has a strange layout and tricky with the babies and all the stairs, but we made it work. The host were fabulous and the house provides everything you need (except toilet paper and towels). The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen. There was not a pan, utensil or appliance that was not there. Because of the babies we had planned to eat most meals at the house and not go out. The kitchen did not disappoint! The converted garage bedroom was a little deceiving in that it is still a garage just with beds in it. However, we just rolled with it and made it work. I would def recommend to others! We had an amazing stay! Thank you!

Great stay good host fixed anything we needed right away.

Beautiful home located in a quieter side of PC. There was plenty of room for all of our guests, and we enjoyed the pool, beach access etc. I will mention however that there are severla public beach accesss points near the property so it is not private.

House was just as advertised. It was perfect for our extended family vacation. Everyone had their own space and then had good common space for our group of 11. Was so great to be able to go to beach directly from house without having to “pack up” to go. Pool was also great for kiddos when they didn’t want to go to beach. Loved this space and location was great.

Location

This is an overall positive review. The location and accommodations were great. We would stay again. Just a couple of things that should have been disclosed. You can’t get to the pool or beach boardwalk without going thru bedrooms or outside the front door and around the garage. There isn’t access via stairs from the main floor of the house. The twin beds are in a garage that was converted to a bedroom. So no insulation and there is a dehumidifier running in there at all times. But we worked around that. It just would have been nice to know upfront. The kitchen was great. In all the VRBO’s we have stayed, the kitchen here had all the pots pans dishes and utensils are person could ask for.There is a grill. It is charcoal. Like mentioned earlier we would stay again.

The location was so good. It was quiet, yet we were close to everything. The house was just the space we needed with bedroom space, so many bathrooms, and everything was clean and comfortable. All requests or questions were promptly answered and arrival and departure were easy. The place was beautiful but the view stole the show - the sunsets were something to catch each night. We loved the pool and the house was well stocked with all we needed for a beach day. The shelling on the beach was pretty great too! We loved it and will be back next year!

We had very timely communication with the hosts. They were very informative and patient with all my questions! Great views from every floor of the house. The pool was lovely to have, we loved the hammocks lovely for basking in the sun, the staircase to beach was very accessible for my parents in their 80’s. The beach itself was well kept and not crowded at all, if that’s what you’re looking for, which we were :) In terms of location, it was perfectly situated for us between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach, a short drive either way. Lots of choices for restaurants, cafes, groceries, pharmacies, golf course, etc. The Donut Hole was right down the road, be sure to check it out!

Great location, plenty of room, beach is great and the whole experience was top notch

My family had a such a great trip staying at this home. It was just as described in the listing and the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect, the house was roomy enough for 7 adults, the views were amazing and we enjoyed everything. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house location is perfect, with a beautiful view and easy access to places along the strip. The beach area is nice and the direct access was wonderful. The house was clean and the manager responded quickly to a couple of concerns. There are some updates needed. The hammocks seemed dry rotted and one was completely torn with batting hanging out. They were not usable. The couches were stained, a couple of the mattresses sagged, and a couple of the stair posts were broken. But all appliances worked well, the rooms were comfortable, and the beach supplies were useful. Nothing significantly hindered our experience but could be updated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

This property was in a great area but the home and pool area needed cleaning.
