We had an amazing stay for our annual family trip! The house is right on the beach. The host was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back!

This was an amazing property, beautiful neighborhood, and amazing views! We had a wonderful time outside of the cold weather!

The house and location were perfectly lovely. Very quiet and peaceful. House is beautifully decorated and very clean, beds are very comfortable, and we had everything we needed.However, it is so remote that mobile phone network service is terrible. While some may find that a relief - to be able to unplug - we did not. We had no internet service for nearly 2 days of our 5-day stay (not the fault of the homeowner or the property management company), it made getting info from the internet service provider very difficult, as we had to go outside on the deck just to get a cellphone signal. They really should consider getting something like Starlink to provide guests with a better overall experience.

Harris vacation rental during what turned out to be a state of emergency due to an unexpected winter storm.Firstly, I want to highlight the lack of preparation for the severe weather conditions. The floors in the rental were extremely cold, which forced my family to spend most of our time upstairs. This was not only uncomfortable but also made our stay less enjoyable. Additionally, a window in the property fell down and crushed my finger, causing significant pain and injury. I was unable to seek medical attention due to the weather circumstances, and I am now facing losing my fingernail and experiencing ongoing numbness in my finger.What compounded our difficulties was the complete lack of communication regarding the impending winter storm. We had no idea that such severe weather was forecasted for the area, and there was no proactive outreach from your team to inform us of the situation. As a result, we ran out of food for our family, and due to the state of emergency, there were no open establishments where we could purchase groceries. When Lynett reached out to us for assistance after I call VRBO she stated we should be excited to be apart of a historical event and that she completely understands the need for food because she was also strained in her home. 2 of my children left because of the need of formula for the baby. And we tried to go in search of groceries but were told we would not receive any monies back if we left early to assist ourselves so sad!!

Directly on the beach and a short walk to the pool. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. The only issue we experienced was with the internet upstairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was nice. Needed a little updating outside and in master bathroom. Beach is nice. A lot of shells to collect. Water is nicer color further east. Rigs in the distance kind of a bummer.

We had 10 adults and teens and our dog at this great location! Proximity to the beach and to the shops was amazing. Was bummed that the hot tub broken and was not replaced and then that the pool heater was not on our first day of the visit, but once the pool heater got going, we had a wonderful time. Plenty of space on this property for 10 people to eat, play, and rest. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect get away for our family!

We had plenty of room for our group of 13. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Could have used hand soap in the bathrooms. If you have trouble climbing stairs, note that there are several flights of stairs in the house. Unfortunately the clothes dryer stopped working the second day we were there (on a Monday), and a replacement was not installed until the day before we left (Friday). We understand things happen but felt it could have been resolved more quickly with better communication from the property management. However we were granted a credit for the inconvenience, so we were satisfied overall with how it was handled. We all agreed we would stay at this property again.
