Gulf Front, dog-friendly home with breathtaking views, washer/dryer & A/C

The local staff - Theresa and his assistant Travis who came to the house - were wonderful. Avari itself was a disaster - I needed Avari's help with a couple of minor items but the phone number to call for help put me in an endless hold cycle. No one EVER answered the phone. Ever. I would stay on the line for well over an hour on multiple occasions over two days. We also left text messages and chat messages to Avari. We actually did a google search, called the Texas company that apparently 'purchased' vacasa, and had a very kind receptionist ontact Avari (incidentally, she said she had tried calling Avari all day long a few days earlier and had the same thing happen). Perhaps it was a coincidence, but only then did we get a response. This is very troublesome and makes me concerned about other reservations I've made with Vrbo/Vacasa. This experience does not engender trust that Avari is responsive to its clients.

The home well equipped and spacious and clean. Dog friendly is a big plus.

Everything was amazing with the stay!! Literally, the only issue we encountered, was navigating multiple vehicles in the driveway without getting one stuck. Other than that, it was the perfect stay, and we would stay again!

The house was absolutely beautiful & perfect for our stay. We loved that it was right on the beach!

Very nice house with plenty of room, with the beach and ocean right out the back door. The ocean-side deck is spacious and we were particularly glad for the gate on the deck. We brought two dogs that had never seen an ocean before and the deck was great to hang out with them.

The house was beautiful and just as pictured and described in the listing. It was the perfect place for the whole family to stay together, and it comfortably accommodated our large group. It was amazing being right on the beach. We will definitely be returning.

There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room for adults and children to play games, and spend time with each other. You could not ask for better beach access. The only thing we would have liked was a 2nd refrigerator. With 15 people for 7 days fridge space was somewhat of an issue. The 2 dishwashers were great. Very well stocked kitchen with dishes and silverware. Could use some upgraded cookware, but it got the job done. Overall great property! We will stay there again.

We love stepping out the back door and being on the beach. Centrally located and superb views. The home is wonderful in every way!

Great house and accommodations. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen well equipped with all the supplies you need to be away from home. View of the Gulf is amazing!

This is our second time staying out of Dauphin Island and we love it. This house has a great room layout and we brought friends and family. The kitchen is well stocked. We love being the front house on the beach with nothing blocking the view. From reading other reviews we brought hand soap pumps for each bathroom and throw blankets since there are none. My only negatives; and they aren't bad, are the deck furniture is not very comfortable and under the house was muddy so we couldn't hang out under there like we have at a different house.

We love the island and will be back.

We loved our stay ! It was so nice being right at the water and enjoying the sounds of the ocean at night . The home is so nice and clean. We loved this home and the layout is great for a large group . Plenty of space , nice showers , baths , king beds were great facing the ocean . Loved loved this home . We had a large group and everyone was very accommodated and comfortable . Check in and out was a breeze . The Vacasa staff was awesome ! Highly recommend !

Roomy, clean, step out to the beach, quick response for a simple problem. The power in one of the bedrooms and bath went out. The technician was there within an hour or less after reporting the problem. Definitely would stay again.
