Gulf Front! 5bed,3 bath,On the Beach! Bikes! Private Beach!

Another great week in the perfect location. Can’t beat the feeling of a private beach with amazing sunsets!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Longshore! There were 9 of us there ages 6-76 and there was more than enough room for everyone to hang out together. The couches and chairs were spacious, the dining table sat 10, 8 Adirondack chairs on the balcony along with a dining table and 6 chairs. We had a grandparent that can’t do stairs and the ramps were great for her!The location was perfect, we walked to Stinky’s fish camp, and it was a quick bike ride to the downtown area. The beach was beautiful in front of the house, and it was never really crowded. We spent lots of time out on the giant covered deck. My kids loved the paddle board that was included and the 4 included bikes. Kim & Andy are great owners! We had a minor issue the first day, and Andy came over and fixed it. I highly recommend this house, and hope to be back again next year!

The house is very nice. The patio is the best part of the house, it’s very spacious with lots chairs to relax and enjoy the beach view. It also has dining table with chairs . There is one important thing everyone needs to know. The hygiene items ( shampoo, shower gel, etc, )are hotel size, enough just for one use. The kitchen is very well equipped. But there is absolutely nothing available for cooking, not even salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil. You have to buy everything if you plan to cook. It was very inconvenient for us, as we had a big family. Just make a list ahead of time what you will need for cooking. My suggestion is to do a drive up from Walmart. The manager/ owner says there is usually stuff left over from previous owners. But for us it was empty, nada. My guess that cleaning people might take or throw everything. The owners need to figure it out. Oh, and there are no beach towels as well.

This is home is beautifully decorated, has plenty of room for 3 couples and up to 8 children. We had a group of 11 and it was great. The kitchen is well stocked. The porch is super with plenty of chairs a hammock and a dining table. The outdoor shower is super and just steps to the beach which is not overcrowded. We loved it! Karla Cain

The house has great living space and the deck is huge and It is so close to the Gulf.

House had everything one could want! B each toys inside games and the most well appointed kitchen.

While we had normally booked properties further East on 30A (Seagrove Beach area), this location was only a 20-30 minute drive to get to Seaside and Watercolor shopping. This property was perfect for our party of 6 adults. The location cannot be beat: right on the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen provided everything we would want to cook our meals as well as blend our frozen drinks. The back patio was the perfect place to relax in the Gulf breeze. Stinky's Fish Camp (great restaurant & bar with live music) is just a short walk down 30A. We would definitely book again without hesitation.

They advertise that the house is on a private beach (like most houses on dune Allen) but it’s very much a public beach. The public access is right next to the house! So you have ppl walking on a public boardwalk right next to yours all day. It’s public beach everywhere in front of the house and down some. This makes it extremely hard to find a company that will set your chairs/ umbrellas up because it’s not private! They also did not tell us that major construction was going on next door so we got woken up every morning by 7! We also couldn’t enjoy the nice patio on back because it was so loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation with someone sitting next to you. Very unhappy to have spent $9000 for a public beach and construction from 7am- 5 pm.

Beautiful place right on the beach!

There is SO MUCH perfection at Longshore!!! Ideal for large gatherings. Literally EVERYTHING you might need or want, even things you wouldn’t think of, for a PERFECT, relaxing good time. Too many to list!!! If you can think of it, it’s there!! We have stayed at several homes on 30A through the years in the same area and were always dissatisfied. You will not be dissatisfied at Longshore!! We will be booking Longshore for all future annual Florida family get togethers. Thanks Kim and Andy for all the considerations you put into the Beach House.
