Gulf front 4 bed 3 bath townhome sleeps 13. Sweet Alice's!

First time staying on the beach. It was a big house and beautifully decorated! Definitely felt like our home away from home. Staff is very supportive and kind! Can't wait to visit again!

Would rent again. Only down side was mattresses, not supportive

This home was clean and bright with a beautiful ocean view. We found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The upstairs master bedroom gets very hot with the curtains open. It wasn’t until the day before we left that I found an upstairs thermostat. Paper towels and tissue paper are very thin—bring better quality if you want. Towels are scratchy. Otherwise, everything was very nice. We only had 8 people in 3 bedrooms. If it were a full house, the main living area and kitchen would be crowded. No plastic cups or dishes suitable for children. Plenty of plates, glasses, and mugs, but limited bowls. No microwave cookware, but I used glass mixing bowls. There were a few children’s things underneath at ground level that we were able to use, but otherwise there is nothing for children—no travel beds, no toys, one book. If you’re bringing children, bring all you’re going to need. No beach towels. The water was loaded with algae for several days and we saw several jellyfish. Heed warning flags. The boardwalk to the beach is very handy. The beach itself has a bit of a drop off down to the water. Water level beach is slanted, not flat. There’s a nice sandbar not too far out. Water cleared up after several days and then looked like you’d expect. We were there middle September. We had the house for six nights. There were 1000 in added taxes and fees. Be aware of that as you look at prices. I would recommend this place for smaller groups, not for the maximum number of people.

We had a great time staying here ! The location is amazing and the beach is beautiful! So many dolphins!! The condo had everything needed to cook and plenty of room for all of us to sit together n eat. There were some sand toys for the kids but NO beach chairs which we just purchased at Walmart. No big deal. The ice maker in the fridge did not work but the owner responded quickly and sent a technician. Unfortunately a new ice maker had to be ordered. Totally not their fault. They are very responsive and so nice!! We have stayed in many places in Navarre as we visit every year and I have to say, we will definitely be staying here again!! We will be booking next year very soon!! Thank you for so many memories made!!

However, the rooms are large, bright and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Just bring the food and you are all set. The photo from the deck does not do the view justice. It is amazing. The boardwalk is new having eliminated all but the last four steps to the beach. The rental is located in a quiet spot but is close to many restaurants and other shopping. The Blue Moon staff were responsive to our needs and responded to all of our texts in a timely manner. We will come here again.

We had a ball at Sweet Alice’s. Family vacation This place is awesome. Beach is not to crowded.

Size of unit and location was perfect. Refrigerator did not work properly and could use some updating. Everything you in the kitchen was there pots pans etc… plenty of towels for the whole family. Overall was a great vacation. Would stay here again.?

Great beach location. Not crowded at all. The house was nice. Need some curtains for bedrooms. Couldn’t sleep past 5:30 because the rooms were so bright. ?

The whole rental process was very easy. I was impressed with the checkin process. It was much better than other Companies with whom I have done business. The checkin process is done at the actual property one is renting. I loved Sweet Alice’s. It was very comfortable and the decorations were soothing. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room for my family. There was a walkway from the back door to the beach and an outside shower.

This was the perfect place for our group! Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, right on the beach! This is a well kept property. It's in a quiet location but a close drive to everything. We visited Destin, 30A, and Pensacola during our visit. The property management company responded immediately when we had a minor plumbing issue. They were also great to deal with checking in and out. We highly recommend this property!
