Great location. Great house. Only complaint was the electrical outlets in the bathrooms did not work, needed to be upgraded to GFI plugs.

Most comfortable house on the perfect beach. Toddlers enjoyed the pool. The view and ease of access to the beach can’t be beat. Definitely would stay here again.

The property was very nice. The location with beach access was awesome. Some interior furniture could be updated, otherwise we had an excellent time in the beach house.

Access to beach was great. Very private beach. Owner was very responsive. Extra refrigerator and ice maker were fantastic. Downstairs was a little warm, but tolerable.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 1.5 years to 7. The beach was beautiful, quiet and easy to access. The pool a great escape from the hot sun. Our kids had the time of their lives. We cooked nearly all meals in the fully stocked kitchen with no problems. The house was far better than advertised and more than exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Great house on an amazing beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay at this home again. DEFINITELY! The house, and beach, checked all our boxes and more, especially the beach, with its soft white sand, and OMG, the nightly sunsets! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Herman!

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The house was right on the beach and make it so easy for families with young children. The private pool was great and fun after a morning on the beach. The house was very spacious and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

It’s an amazing property on an amazing spot on the gulf in a terrific neighborhood! Love how so many spots in the house showcase the ocean— the porch is also amazing! The ocean is right there and the beach is private so there aren’t many people. We don’t live near the ocean so we want to soak up as much as we can and that can happen here. When kids tire of the ocean, they love the pool. There is enough space for kids to have their own areas in the house. While there isn’t a master suite (I’ve seen that is pretty much the ‘negative’ comments people do have) Each bedroom (except the first floor bedroom) is attached to a shared bathroom. If you take 2 bedrooms and the attached bathroom— one could make that entire area a private master suite! Ways to work around that because this is an amazing property!

We are two families with young kids who travel together every spring and this house was perfect for us. Great location, private beach access was soooo nice and the kids loved the pool. The pool alarm was nice so the kids could play downstairs and we didn’t have to worry. Herman was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at gorgeous property.

This property has the best beach access away from any crowds. We have several grandparents in our group and they really enjoy the easy steps down to the beach. The property is clean and stocked with everything you need. The water views are stunning. Only complaint is that the ice maker does not work well, but it’s very easy to buy a bag of ice!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property! The house was really homey and well appointed and had the most stunning views. The beach was virtually private and the pool a great addition. We have stayed all over the 30A area and this was by far our favorite home. The host was attentive and helpful throughout! Thanks for an incredible week!
