Gulf Front, 3 Gulf Front Master Suites, Heated Balcony Pool

It is a beautiful home. There were a few hiccups. It had an elevator but couldnt use it, a pool with a heater that you could have paid extra to have it heated, we werent aware. The house overall was beautiful and perfect for large family or groups.

Perfect beach vacation house! Would absolutely stay here again! The ocean view from the 2 story floor to ceiling windows in the living room/kitchen, balconies and pool is stunning!

The house was great with more than enough room, good appliances, and a great pool with a view of the gulf. The host is friendly and helpful. Navarre and Navarre Beach are beautiful, easy to get around, and everything was close and not overcrowded.

This house was a perfect experience for our group of mixing together 5 households into one home for a week! Everyone had their own space and perfect areas for our together / family/ meal times! The pool area made it perfect for people who don’t love the beach (I know can you believe those exist?) as we could see our family on the beach from the pool with our own private beach access! They had everything you could need in the kitchen and a washer and dryer on each floor was perfection! We will be returning to this property for sure!

Big, nope... HUGE House. Right on the beach. Beautiful natural lighting and the pool deck makes it hard to decide to go to the beach or stay at the house.

Smooth experience from start to finish. Owner awesome to work with. No issues at all. HUGE house, amazing location, impeccably kept. BEST house on the beach!! Second stay at this location, anticipate more visits.

We enjoyed our stay (plenty of room for 10)the beautiful beach views from the balconies are amazing and perfect for relaxing Having a bathroom for each bedroom was the best for after the beach . Everyone had a place to get ready for our evening outings. We never had any issues with the house everything was perfect. The host is amazing and so kind . Thank you for an amazing vacation :)

The location was perfect! The house is very spacious with spectacular views.Our family of 12 had so much room and just a few steps and your on the beach! Absolutely stunning!! Will definitely book again!

The house was beautiful. It was describe exactly as it looked in reality. The house was equipped with all the things we needed. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was adequate in space and what was in it. Location was good to places in Navarre and area was quiet. A lot of space under the house for activities. It had a nice view of the beach but that is my one complaint. It would have been nicer if the porch railings were designed differently to see the beach better. Maybe have the deck open to the boardwalk so the view wasn't obstructed by the railings.

We have been doing 3 generation family vacations for a number of years and this was the best; in part to the beautiful home and in part to the area of Navarre. It is much more laidback and not as crowded. We didn't have to compete for a place on the beach as you do in other places. Might be less convenient activities that places like Destin have, but a much more relaxing area for sure. The home is spacious, well laid out and comfortable. The little pool was perfect for the little ones and plenty of room on the deck to watch the kids and the adults relaxing to the nice gulf breezes and views. Highly recommend!!

1st of all, the location of this house is perfect! Navarre Beach is a quieter beach but still close to restaurants, etc. It was a short walk down a private boardwalk to the beach. There were a couple odd things about the stay. The pool was a nice addition, it was small (which we knew) but the steps to get in the pool were very slick (there is no handrail or textured steps), we had 3 people fall getting into the pool slipping on the steps (no one hurt, but just be careful). There were VERY basic items when we arrived. That is typical to only have a starter pack but, this was VERY minimal. There was no dish soap, no shampoo or conditioner and no hair dryer. If you have everyone flying in, be aware, there are no beach towels, no beach chairs or beach items provided. . . at all. We did check on this ahead of time, so we were aware and part of our party drove, so we brought them. I'm sure there are places that you could rent chairs, but just something to be aware of. We stay at VRBOs often and it is hit or miss on how well stocked they are, but I've never seen anything as bare minimum as this (now I will note the kitchen items were plentiful, lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc.) The owner was responsive. The air conditioner upstairs stopped working mid week. We contacted the owner, but a repairman couldn't come until the next morning. Made it VERY hard to sleep, but it was taken care of. The house is showing some wear, but the location makes up for it!
