Stayed May 24, 2024We enjoyed the most wonderful, relaxed time staying at The Pearl in Pelican Place. The property is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and most importantly clean. Everything a person could need was provided. Beach toys, chairs, wagon, toilet tissue, dish soap, towels, bbq grill with propane. The kitchen had it all as well, I did not need one item that was not there and in good condition. Kudos to the host☺️. Get some groceries, grab your clothes and come have some fun. The walk to the beach was easy, and the POOL!!! The kids had so much fun hanging out with their cousins and burning off energy allowing the adults to relax and genuinely enjoy each others company. I personally left the property only once after check-in. The Pearl afforded us the perfect space to truly be present in each moment we spent together. Stayed Oct 4, 2023This home is beautiful and comfortable. Ample seating in common area to accommodate a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, food storage, and utensils. The beds are comfortable, but note in home says 150 lb weight limit on each bunk bed. The location is ideal with public beach access directly across the street. A local restaurant and convenience store are also within walking distance. The only downside to this property is that there is no privacy on the balcony. You are within a few feet of other homes with balconies on the same level. We will definitely keep this property as a favorite and return in the future.
