Gulf access, 3 bedroom +den, 3 bathroom, family friendly home, quiet cul-de-sac

We had a great week at the house. Everything we needed was there and it’s in a great neighborhood. The home has many extras that make the place even more enjoyable such as adjustable lighting, Bluetooth speakers, adjustable shower heads. Our flight was delayed and Patrick, the property manager, went over to get our delivered groceries put away so they didn’t go bad. HUGE THANKS THERE! Saved the day since Walmart wasn’t so flexible. He continued to be helpful and in constant communication when needed the entire trip. The canal view and the landscaping are both amazing. We rented a kayak and took it around the canals, good exercise. Several bars and restaurants are close by. For simple but fun bars we liked Big10, Stevie Tomato’s, and Torched.

We enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of space for all 8 of us whether we were inside or out. Patrick was great to communicate with and very responsive. There were beach items that we were able to use. Thank you!

This house was everything we could have hoped for. The pictures are accurate and the property manager was very responsive.

We have rented several houses over the years, but this is the first where the pictures did not do it justice. The house was better appointed than the pictures depicted. All of the towels, dishes, pots/pans were of excellent quality and the owners provided ample supplies in terms of soaps, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

This property is exceptional! It is a spacious, well thought out and designed house that provided beautiful indoor/outdoor living. We were traveling as a small family if 3, but there is easily room for many more. Our teenage daughter stayed in the queen room and loved having an en suite bath and private access to the pool! The main bedroom was spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious! Towels and linens were all of very good quality and plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans basic pantry items. We appreciated also that paper towels/soaps/TP were provided plus extras. We can’t say enough about the outside/pool area. We spent the majority of the time there! The pool was perfect and we appreciated that it was heated (FL was a little chilly the first day of our trip!). The outdoor sound system and smart tv were fabulous and all of the seating options were very comfortable. The way the back is laid out provides for spaces to enjoy the sun or seek shade if needed. I appreciated that. For a day at the beach there are two beach chairs and many beach towels. We didn’t use the bikes, but very nice that they are provided. The neighborhood was lovely and safe, we enjoyed the walking paths and everyone was very friendly. We love staying in Cape Coral because it is away from the craziness of other beach communities, but you still have restaurants and stores nearby. But, you must be prepared to drive a minimum of 40 mins to get to a beach during busy traffic times. We opted to get up and head to the beach in the mornings…and then head back and enjoy the pool all afternoon/evening…it was perfect! We had an EXCEPTIONAL week here, it truly is a perfect vacation rental…we certainly plan to return! Thank you for the hospitality!

We were on a 5 week road trip and rented this property for a week. With so many rentals in this area we felt we really lucked out. The house was great well equipped, clean and close to everything.Patrick was great to work with. Gave us spot on restaurant recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Out of all the homes we've rented over the years this is our favorite. The house is capacious and exceptionally clean. We were able to bring our 26' boat and use the lift. Had a great time out on the water. Spent most of the time just relaxing by the pool. Management is very kind, attentive, and accommodating. I definitely recommend this home and would absolutely rent again.

Can't say enough great things about the home and location. The home was beautiful inside and out. Loved watching the sun rise from the dock every morning. The pool was a great attraction for the kids. The spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room made for wonderful family time. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
