Stayed Jan 3, 2026Guido’s house is an apartment in a building with others that we could hear through the walls. She advertises a fireplace as an amenity but when I asked her where we could get wood she said we couldn’t use it…that it was only for decoration. It’s January, so we were disappointed. The heat is controlled by the host and twice I had to text her because the radiators were off and we were getting cold. She got her son to write a detailed note about how to maintain the heat. I think she attempted to do that on day one but we didn’t understand her explanations. So we worked that out but then her son sent a message
