Fire pit and Jacuzzi shut off at 10:00 PM — NO EXCEPTIONS
Per city ordinance, any noise complaints may result in the property being shut down.

## Pet Policy
We welcome pets with the following guidelines:
- Maximum 2 pets per reservation
- $99 per pet per stay
- Pets must stay off furniture unless you bring your own blankets or towels
- Excessive pet hair on furniture may result in an additional cleaning fee
