Stayed May 14, 2023This suite was clean, well equipped and quiet. Parking was readily available and it is a nice, new area of Regina. Chuck was very responsive to communications! I highly recommend this stay!

Stayed Jun 3, 2023Perfect for my short stay. Upscale neighborhood. Nice extras- drinks & snacks. I would only recommend some Kleenex, a throw to cuddle up on the couch, a dish towel to dry the dishes & a proper hairdryer ( the one there has a European plug). Also perhaps a keychain on the key so it can’t slide under the door if you accidentally drop it like I did. Nice place to stay though. I would recommend.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Some confusion with listing... Was listed with hot tub, no hot tub. Door code didn’t work when I got there. Owner answered questions quickly. Quiet, clean, nice walking path not far. Basic basement suite. Overall pretty good.

Stayed Apr 11, 2024Stayed there for work and it was great, bedroom has a blackout curtain which is nice kitchen has everything you need and the fridge and freezer are a good size. Would absolutely stay again!

Stayed Aug 4, 2023The suite was in a new part of town. Very quiet. Easy to get to. Restaurants and groceries a short drive away. Chuk was very quick on communicating. Would recommend.
