Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has all the necessities and was very clean. We appreciated the quick respond to our questions from the host. The sunset was amazing! We would stay here again!

We had a great stay in this well equipped home. The communication was excellent and we hope to be back soon!

We had a catered Hibachi meal for ~17 people in the paved area behind the house which was a great place for that type of activity.

We loved using the back porch for grilling and beach prep as well. We had plenty of space for our 4 adults and 5 children, and an easy walk to the park pool and the beach if we did not use our golf cart.

We spent a lot of time reading and relaxing on the huge, beautiful back porch. The managers were so helpful when I had trouble with the new parking system. I love renting through the Sandels because they are so helpful. I was surprised at how easy it was to get to the beach from this home. The notebook that is kept on the dining table has a list of great restaurants that is right on target. Our favorite restaurant is George's. The four teens and 5-year-old loved renting bikes and riding through Carillon. We also enjoyed the beautiful, uncrowded beach with the comfortable lounge chairs. The kids had fun at all the pools. They also loved the shop and the cafe. I highly recommend this home and Carillon Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in carillon beach! We have never stayed before and were a bit nervous, but it is a true hidden gem. You get the white sandy beaches (walkable) without all the traffic of 30A. The little cafe, pizza shop, and salty bottle wine/coffee were surprisingly perfect if you wanted to stay in neighborhood for the day. We ventured out to seaside and rosemary a few times for variety but always were so happy about where we stayed! The heated community felt super safe and our kids were able to walk to pool, beach, basketball, tennis etc every day! Our beach chair were set up everyday and it’s about a 3 minute walk to the beach. We had our family of 5 there and they had exactly five bikes that worked perfect to get around the neighborhood. The house has everything you could need, we picked up paper towel and dish soap etc. But, for cooking it’s fully stocked with everything you could need. The one thing I would have liked is a bit more comfy pillows. So if you’re reading this bring some from home. Tons of space and very clean!
