Everything was awsome.

Excellent house for our 3 night stay. Fully stocked, clean, large with plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay there again. Oh, and a wonderful view from back yard.

Beautiful back yard views, kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Lovely place - great decor, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, great quiet back patio, and well located. We loved it!

Everything was great. I have 2 suggestions. I know you were going for a rustic look in the kitchen. The finish on the cabinets does not look nice. They are made from real wood, but it looks like they are cheap bc of the paint. Suggestion: I would paint the bottom cabinets dark grey to match the refrigerator and dishwasher. The cabinets would look seamless to the eye. One last thing, the master bath needs a door stop or self-adhesive wall protector. It looks like the door handle is hitting the wall. It's not bad, but all it will take is someone to push the door too hard.Other tank, that you did a great job, you didn't miss a thing. I left a little board game there for future guest to enjoy:)

Nice Property

This home is fabulous! It is located walking distance to some great trails and the mountain views from inside the home are stunning. The house is equipped with everything you need: fully stocked kitchen with condiments, a coffee bar w/ coffee pods supplied!, lots of different pots and utensils for all culinary needs, bathrooms have shampoos/conditioner and even sunscreen, fire pit outside, board games, tv has all the streaming channels, beds are incredibly comfortable, the whole house was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Can’t say enough good things about this stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to lovely Sedona.

Great stay. Beautiful location.

We loved our stay here in Sedona! The home and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful and very close to a lot of hikes and sites like the chapel. We saw lots of wildlife during our stay including various kinds of birds, javelinas and rabbits and the back patio was perfect for stargazing at night. This was also one of the best stocked rentals we’d ever stayed at. The kitchen had all kinds of appliances, spices and more which made dinners at home much easier.

My family and I certainly enjoyed our stay in Sedona. The house was just as described-beautiful views and well equipped. Our host was always communicative and helpful when we had a question. The location is convenient-easy walk to the Chapel and close to nice hikes. I hope we can come back soon!

Our stay was fantastic. The home was in a perfect location. The view from the front door and the back yard was breath taking. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I showed many of my friends the accommodations and the host responded immediately to my arrival and departure e mails. I am a music lover and the guitar in the living room made me feel so at home. Thank you for such a fantastic stay...... I am not a rich human so spending my money is something that can be stressful in planning a stay. You want it to be perfect. It was reasonable priced and worth every every hard earned penny. A fantastic memory was made with this single Mom and her two boys who will be leaving the nest soon to start their own journey.

This home was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was stocked well, the bed was very comfortable and the home was very clean and well furnished.

Nice place, easy access. Couldn’t figure out bedroom TV’s. Grab bars in master bath would have been helpful. Thick dust on living room ceiling fan and hvac vents need to be cleaned.Great location.

Bedding and bathrooms extremely comfortable and functionable. Lots of bird watching, coyote visits. Kitchen layout friendly.

We really enjoyed the views that the property provided and the only thing we really had an issue with was the mosquitoes. They were overwhelming so the only thing we would suggest is that you spray that property once a week during the height of the summer other than that, no issues at all

Great place to stay, professional and responsive communication when we had a minor issue. The views out of the backyard are spectacular. It’s an international dark sky community, so go outside and look up at night!

Absolutely beautiful home with incredible views and comfortable beds. We were very comfortable and had a wonderful time. Communication and arrangements were perfectly managed and very clear. Laundry room was such a convenience considering we enjoyed time hiking everywhere and washing was quick and easy.

This property is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to Sedona, but not in the mainstream of traffic and urban congestion. Located between Sedona and the village of Oak Creek it offers a nice quiet setting and yet close to either location for dinner, groceries, etc. The house itself has a bright and open atmosphere and a great deck view onto Mammoth Rock. The Chapel of the Holy Cross and several trails are all within walking distance.

A short drive to down town Oak Creek or Sedona, walking distance to the chapel, great accommodation and comfortable beds. Clean and they even had some games that the family and I enjoyed!

Majestic Fawn was very clean and cozy. It was located close to great hiking trails, and I have to recommend the pink Jeep tours. We had a wonderful stay in Sedona at the Majestic Fawn. Response to questions about the property were answered in a timely manner, I would definitely recommend staying here, and would love too again in the future.

What we liked the most about this home was its location. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, so you have your quiet time and privacy. It is so close to the Chapel of the Holy Cross, that we walked to it just about every day. Also, near the base of the chapel are walking trails, so if you don't feel like getting in the car driving, you can walk up to the trail entrance and walk one of those cool trails. It is also a short drive to the main area of Sedona - you can do all you want there, then relax peacefully at the house. Its also not too far from Clarkdale - I recommend the Verde Canyon Railroad trip - very unique awesome way to spend the afternoon. The house itself it decorated in an industrial/rustic decor and it is very neat and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if considering.

Our stay was amazing. The pictures don't lie--- the property exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, clean and right between the Sedona rocks! Pretty good price too!

Just fabulous lots toDo in close proximity

We had an amazing stay in Sedona. The property was exquisite, comfortable, and cozy all at the same time. Plenty of room for a family or friends who we will include on our next visit. The patio is the perfect place to view and appreciate the Sedona red rocks any time of day. In the morning we had deer on the other side of the fence. The view from the front is equally beautiful. The hammock is the perfect napping spot after a morning of hikes. The house is well equipped and had a decent amount of pantry items (herbs/spices/tea/coffee, etc). We were so happy with our stay at the house we extended an extra day. Megan was great with communication and addressed all of our emails promptly and thoughtfully. We have used VRBO properties in many places in the US and Europe and this one ranks in our top 3 of all of them. We cannot wait to return.

A few friends and I stayed here for the weekend! It was extremely clean and perfect for our small group. Beds were comfy and bathrooms are fully stocked. Amazing views from backyard. Loved the fire table!

We had a delightful stay at your lovely Sedona home. Coffee and tea at sunrise on the back patio provided visits (outside the fence) from javelinas and deer, while hummingbirds zipped from bush to tree. The rising sun resulted in a red glow on the mountains behind and in front of the house which was delightful both morning and night. Our only complaint was that the back patio door needs some work; it was difficult to open and close. We were glad to be a few miles away from the Sedona busyness. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely. We would definitely stay again
